Motel bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix. Il y avait des cafards dans la chambre et le lavabo s'évacuait mal. Par contre, il y avait du necessaire à café et thé, très apprécié et de la vaisselle, ainsi qu'un micro-onde. Convient parfaitement pour une nuit.

Lovely hotel right on the lake. Our room was clean comfortable and fresh. Plenty of dining options within walking distance and great walking paths for a stretch or watching the sunset. We would definitely recommend as a comfortable convenient place to stay.

Daily cleaning is excellent. The hotel is old but bathroom and sink are renovated. Microwave and cuttleries are provided.

We stayed in cleaner places. Also, be aware that noise travels from pubs and restaurants across the bay … but not until very late at night.

We loved the room for our family of 4. Plenty of bedding and towels. The bathroom and kitchenette seemed to have been recently renovated, and had everything we needed. The only slightly frustrating thing that was the ironing board was a miniature one, which was difficult to use, and there was no ideal place to use it, near a power point, in the room. Otherwise, it was great - thank you.

We drive from Melbourne to Gold Coast and back several times a year and Hibiscus, with its riverside location, beautiful views, clean, spacious rooms and proximity to cute town and dining choices is our favourite stop over. Now we have discovered they also have a Tesla charger and it’s totally sealed the deal. Thank you for lovely stop over.

We received the incorrect room! Staff say it was WOT IFs problem but after contacting WOTIF they say that it was correct and Motel should accommodate our booking. Nothing happened. Staff member was rude and dismissed my booking reservation. No phone reception in room, there was WIFI but not very strong. It was close to restaurants and it was nice to be able to hear waves crashing in the still of night.

Rooms need an upgrade. It was clean but had that old smell to it. . We were disappointed overall as we left expensive charger and wasnt found. Staff were very nice and polite.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating they are very pleasant however this place is very outdated and the kitchenette isn’t family friendly the only sink is the bathroom one so you have to do your dishes in the bathroom sink the area is lovely and the lake at the back is beautiful it’s a shame that the owners lack updating this place it has so much potential the fridge is very small & no hot plate only a microwave this place needs maintenance and an update bed wheel was broken and a brick was used to level it I expect more then this

Usually have not had a problem at this hotel but this morning I went to have a shower and there was no hot water and it was my first shower very disappointing when you pay over $100 and can’t have a warm shower.I should have asked for a free night.

My great weekend.
The room that I was in was comfortable and clean (no.4 x 3 nights). The only thing that could have improved it would have been a water view lol. An enjoyable experience.

Great stopover
Overnight stopover on the road from Melbourne to Gold Coast. Really appreciated the lovely lake view. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the big refillable packs of toiletries instead of the silly disposable bottles. Lovely location on the walking path around lake.
