This property was disgusting and should not be advertised as holiday accommodation, it's fare from it looks nothing like the pictures advertised pure filth

Abdolutely terrible. The room was the worst i have ever booked and as it was dangerous too for my two young children we could not stay there. We have photos of exposed wiring, cracked shiwer screens, toilet that wouldnt flush etc. As no accommodation was available locally we had to drive to Sydney to stay with relatives. Absolutely disgusted by experience

Tired looking room,internet dropping out so tv wouln't work. Air-con remote wouln't work so aircon stayed on 21 degrees the hole stay. Only given 2 towels although 4 people were staying. No car spots for parking as the hotel/pub next door had their patrons fill the car park, leaving no spots for Watersedge guests... Very underwhelming wouldnt stay again

Central location, good value for money.
Nice motel, friendly staff, central location. Friday & Saturday nights loud music from pub nearby but knew what to expect as was our third stay.

Very old needs a lot of work done. Shower was hard to work couldn’t get the temp right. Furniture old and broken or very worn. Mould covering the back of the tv. Blood stain on the mattress protector.

Stayed in the so called deluxe room 3 kids 2 adults 2 cups 2 towels shower is rubbish and cold shower door fell off. Mould in kettle. Mould in bathroom... blankets smelt musk. No shampoos one small block of soap. Mould on curtain. Under beds had previous people's rubbish. Hotel really needs to refurbished!

In the heart of town.
Room was old, smelled of stale smoke (was advertised as a smoke free room), holes in walls. Badly in need of a renovation.

Just ok for the low tariff.
Clean and comfortable enough in view of low tariff. Our room was very tide and could do with freshening up. Reception staff helpful and pleasant.

walking distance to everything
Kitchenette could be improved, cattery, plates, cups itd. For the money that we payed definitely improvement needed. Back balcony and BBQ not clean. Just a little bit more cleanliness would go long way. Machine in hallway was empty no goodies at all.

Great cheap motel on central coast
Great location and some rooms have a fantastic view across the water in the bay. Walking distance to local shopping centre and good cafe's. Parking is an issue as it is next to a Hotel and their patrons tend to take the Motel's parking in the evenings, so you may have to park in the streets somewhere.

Watersedge - would not recommend
The motels location is excellent but the motel needs a huge makeover . The room we stayed in was dirty with cob webs and large mild spots throughout the bathroom. The quilt on the bed was old and appeared dirty. The outside verandah adjacent to our room had cigarette butts and ash over the ground and table.

The accommodation is located in a great spot, but it's a shame that the accommodation is not kept in a better shape than it is. You pretty much get what you pay for, although, this place is worth a lot less than what they charge. I would strongly suggest to give the rooms and hallways a REALLY good clean, and improve the locks on the room doors.

Motel situated in heart of Woy Woy, close to rail
Stayed in motel from Thursday to Sunday. Motel next to hotel which shares the parking area. Twice had to park car in street as hotel patrons had parked in the area set aside for motel patrons. A band played on Friday & Saturday night at the hotel which was loud making it difficult to sleep with a window open. 2 packs of biscuits were supplied when we arrived but they were stale. Have stayed in better motels at cheaper rates. Motel needed a coat of paint & new carpets in hall way

The room I booked for a two night stay had no ventilation and stunk, the manager moved me to another room and the curtains had mold all over them, Filthy vile accommodation

Woy Woy? whatever.............
Woy Woy is not the world's greatest destination and its accommodation offers match! This place is ordinary, but at an ordinary price so that's OK. So - its clean, the staff speak English, the location is central. And for Woy Woy its remarkably upmarket. (PS I grew up in the place)

It was shocking the pic is the back of the hotel not the shop front entrance, No Wifi offered 2nd day had to ask for it and extremely slow. No room service to make beds etc no phones. old and not clean. It should be ripped down Reception guy not friendly. Please go and have a look at what you are advertising - pretty disgusting

Four of us booked ahead of time for two nights on the weekend. Parking was atrocious. Hotel patrons next door were taking parking spots reserved for our motel. After a 12 hour drive arriving at 8.15 pm I had to stand outside in the cold in the middle of our parking spot to reserve it while my daughter went to get some supplies at the shops. Five different people tried to take this spot while I waited. On arrival there were not enough towels for all of us. The room sleeps four but only had enough crockery, cutlery and chairs for three. The problem was solved by asking for more. My mother was in a wheelchair so didn't need the extra chair. A disused doorway formed a wall that was at the head of my bed. This needs to be removed and made into a proper wall as the noise level coming from the adjoining cafe was unacceptable. There seemed to be no insulation above and you could hear lots of noise and clunking from people walking around above us. There wasn't even ONE hook in the room to hang clothes on and nowhere to hang towels. The chairs at the table seemed to be outdoor ones and we're not the right height. We had to sit on pillows to use the table. Light switches could have been in more convenient places. There were no bedside lamps. One in each room would have helped. The main advantage was the room was spacious and suitable for a wheelchair.

Strange layout. Room was basic but comfy, but up narrow stairs and overlooking car park shared with pub next door. Renovation of car park / pub started before 7am so noisy. Pub itself was fairly quiet (being early in the week) so ok. Enjoyed a dinner at the adjoining Greek restaurant (closed Mondays).

Great hotel, close to shops
We stayed in the premium room and we had great view. The hairdryer didn't work. Beds were comfortable. Good tv reception! Car park kept on being occupied by a few people who weren't staying at the hotel. The manager moved his vehicle for us to park our car.

The motel has limited parking and the parking spaces are within the carpark of the hotel next door I had to park in the street behind the motel and do several trips back to the room including bringing a pushbike up stairs to the room as I was there for a weekend ride only advantage close to start and finish of ride

Photos on the web were misleading, entry to the Motel wasn't as shown in photos. Base of the bed was broken, when it rained water leaked onto the carpet over the doorway at the back entrance, overall a disappointing experience.

Toilet ran all night, button was broken and had tonfix it everytime we flushed it. The room smelt like cigarette smoke. When there was a storm and it rained the roof leaked and water ran down the wall. The staff were pleasant though.

Stayed two nights to go fishing nearby, close to the Ferry Wharf, good pubs,and boat ramp. Good location for anyone doing activities on Brisbane Waters.

Was comfortable and close to everything. The parking was a problem as people who came the the hotel next door took the parking spaces even though they were clearly marked for the Motel occupants and you had to park out in the street or around the corner.

Downstairs room was located next to hotel carpark trucks enter carpark very early morning to empty bins or pickup/deliver ? noisy wake up ! I have stayed here previously in upstairs rooms and not noticed as much noise.
