Our pool is indoor and small, a detailed description is stated also on our site, as we do not wish to create high expectations to our guests. We are sad that you did not have the opportunity to use the pool premises. The hotel is located in a 12 min drive from the city center and we offer a daily free taxi service on scheduled hours. Let us once again state that under Greek legislation all guests staying in the Hotel must be registered in the system. That is why we ask (not demand) for our guests' passports. We are not police officers to demand, however we are obliged to ask for ID. The law does not exempt any profession form the procedure and we do not ask professions. If other hotels avoid this procedure then they are breaking the law. We regret that you did not like the fact that our people were just doing their job. In terms of your inconvenience inside your room: the mattress is not old; it might be not of your preference; we understand that. The air conditioning is not working at this time of the year; however we also understand your point of view. We will also check about the incident with the water station.
