I work the front desk at night. I do not remember having any issues with guest that night. Could it have been possible that you were treated this way at the original hotel is booked first. Again, I am sorry you had to experience that.

We receive many compliments on the cleanliness of the motel. Maintenance is performed daily. There is new carpeting, furniture including lamps, linen etc. Motels receive guests from all walks of life and different areas and as such there are times when their behavior is beyond our control. You expressed one complaint which was remedied and you were very kind regarding that complaint. There was no feces all down the bathtub. You had the opportunity to request or be given a different room which you didn't request. You stated everything else was good. People in the parking lot are guests of this motel and not sketchy but just other guests.

The WIFi password is on a large sign in front of the guest when checking in. If you by chance didn't see the sign you could have inquired at the front desk. Our televisions work like any other television with cable and a remote with channels on a chart on the dresser. Our motel does not advertise breakfast as it has not been served since June due to COVID. Thank you for staying at Paradise Inn.

Our housekeepers take great pride in their duties. We receive numerous compliments regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. Had you advised us of your issues we would have corrected any issues. We have new carpeting, furniture, bedding and it continues to be updated. Our maintenance works daily on the property to maintain the structure as well as the grounds and receive many compliments on the property.

Coffee makers are available at the front desk. Lincoln County is in Phase 1 due to COVID therefore no breakfast, jacuzzi or sauna. We do not have a pool. All water facilities are closed in Lincoln County. Thank you for staying at Paradise Inn & Suites.

We do not have an elevator however upon check in, if the guest has not noted it on their reservation, if stairs are an issue we relocate to a ground level room. The back door remains unlocked due to fire code. We have 24/7 cameras on the entire property and especially the back door. There are two security locks located on the doors in every room There is one button on the remote for the changing channels. So sorry you did not alert us you were having difficulties with the remote we could have assisted you. Thank you for staying at Paradise Inn.
