Birthday Surprise!
I surprised my Husband with a two night stay for his birthday. He's never been to VT and it worked out perfectly!! We had a great time and the condo was very nice. A little outdated, with some small repairs needed, but otherwise, very nice.

The furniture is a little dated and not comfortable...but you are there to be outside most of the time anyway... but after a long day of hiking and skiing a nicer couch would be appreciated.

First Low Rating
First, want to say I LOVE this place. Never given it anything less than 5 star rating, been staying here at least once a year for almost 10 years. One of the best for boarding/skiing Killington. But this stay was horrible (first and only time out of many - want to clarify EVERY other visit was 5 stars/amazing) because there was an extremely loud noise in building E. Throughout the night, could NOT sleep at all. Called the number more than 5 times to ask for help but no one picked up... took my fiance here for the first time assuring her this is one of my favorite spots but was very embarrassed/disappointed... being kept up while sore from snowboarding was a mental torture. Contemplated driving down back home to NJ at 3am... highly recommend but perhaps don't stay in building E until they figured out what the horrible noise is and have fixed it

Lovely place but no gym or pool as advertised
Lovely clean condo with all the facilities that we needed. The place was a little dated but very well maintained and looked after. Unfortunately the pool, gym and spa were closed and we were not made aware of this by staff or offered an alternative.

Wonderfully convenient for Killington Access!
Condo is part of the Killington Route #1 shuttle line which circles every 15 mins and drops you off at the main ski area. We went during the perfect time: a 2-day Nor'easter! Streets remained relatively plowed and the condo had a common-use snow shovel that people could use to shovel out cars if needs be. The destination chargers for Teslas were a wonderful addition but are at the Grand Resort's parking lot vice the condo's parking lot... they are, however, conveniently close to the ski area (5 min walk) and if you aren't skiing, you can set your car to charge, then take the shuttle back to the condo and hang out. Kind of wonderful. The condo was a bit older, but still pretty relaxing. Plastic countertops and VHS tapes (oh wait, there was ONE dvd!) were in the our condo. Although the bottom floor meant easy backdoor access to the lot, we could hear the rocking of a rocking chair and a LOT of walking around above us from 3 different days of people staying in the condo above us. The main bedroom had little or no ventilation which meant sleeping wasn't easy. Still, for its proximity to the ski area, ease of access, and amenities (full kitchen, moderately sized hot-tub), it was nice.

beautiful condo with wonderful views
Our stay was great. We asked for a first floor unit due to our health and age. We got what we asked for, however, to get to the first floor we had to go up 38 steps! We managed it, but it was difficult.

Ski Weekend
We stayed at the Fall Line condos for a ski weekend to Killington. Fireplace and free firewood located just outside of the building. Firestarter and matches provided. The fitness center with indoor pool was nice. To get a late checkout we were told to call back the night before we left to see if another patron was taking the room. Turns out there was a new guest coming, but we could still get late check out for $75!! I have no idea why that would matter. Its either late check out available or not. I understand perhaps a bit of extra work going in to prepping the room with less time, but to equate that to $75 seems a little off. Also, hotels.com showed a check in and check out time different than what Killington emailed us. Lastly, it is tough to rate the actual condo. Ours was nice but pretty dated. Also the decorations were a bit creepy (think gnomes and figurines). It was an owner-rented unit managed by Killington. This was not entirely clear from the general hotels.com booking. It could be that every condo at Fall Line that appears on hotels.com is completely different. Not that this is a deal-breaker, but it is something that you should be aware of. Generally, it was a nice condo in a fine location, with shuttle service to the base areas and bus service to the rest of town. There is even supposed to be a trail that allows you to ski home, but given this El Nino winter, there was no where near enough snow for that trail to be open.

Great location
The one bedroom condo was spacious and fully equipped with kitchen, working fireplace, large bathtub with jets. The unit was outdated but everything was in working order. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The bathroom needs updating. The best part of the property are the amenities: shuttle to Killington; pool, hot tub and sauna; stocked firewood; equipment closets.

Great condo, great location.
The condo was great. The location was great close to mountain and views of slopes. 2 Bedrooms on 2nd floor. The twin beds were a little short for our two adult children. Great wood burning fireplace. Basic working kitchen. Did not use shuttle, drove car to ski resort parking lot. Only difficulty was the check in and check out.. No address was given for check in and no one answered the phone number that was given on the reservation. Finally found the check in by accident. Then went to check out and had to go on another scavenger hunt to find the check out, since the first location was closed.
