Clean, friendly, efficient, lovely food. Only downside was the noise from a party going on until late which we got a days notice for. Would stay again. Very convenient for the airport

Receptionist was very helpful and organised a take away breakfast for an early start. Very friendly and efficient. Lovely big room. Close to the airport.

Great hotel
The hotel was great, more than the convenient airport stay we used it for. The gentleman who checked us in late at night went above and beyond to help fix a room mix up, he then served us terrific sampling of Slovene wine, all this even though the hotel (and his own home) had experienced terrible flooding from rains a few days prior. The restaurant served a great breakfast in the morning. The room was no frills but perfectly practical and comfortable jn every way. Church bells woke us up in the morning which was a delightful surprise. Highly recommend!

A highly recommend hotel
I arrived quite late due to delayed flights and they made the after hours check in very smooth. Special thanks to Christian. There’s a truly excellent restaurant at this hotel. The hotel is a very convenient 5 mins from the airport, yet has a beautiful rural setting. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very charming hotel
I arrived very late after delayed flights and the staff could not have been more accommodating. A very charming hotel in a beautiful setting, maybe 25 mins from the airport. I’m very happy with this hotel.

Pleasant stay.
Compact, simple ensuite bedrooms in a lovely old homestead next to the church and a farm (be prepared to be woken by bells at 7 am). Short walk from the bus stops. Pleasant enough 30 minute walk to the airport, so convenient for late arrivals/early departures. Breakfast very well presented. Mainly local produce of a high standard and good service. Very nice cappuccinos. Only minor complaint was that the rooms were very hot, even with the windows open.

More than Just a Room
Staff was very helpful with several requests. Property is very well kept and the surrounding village is delightful and walkable. Great place to stay if you have an early flight and want to enjoy more than just a room.

Excellent trois étoiles! Le lieu est plein de charme, dans un cadre champêtre, au calme: un vrai bonheur. Les chambres sont calmes et modernes, tout est propre. À part les mouches sur la terrasse (mais on est à la campagne après tout!), rien à redire!

Staff were really nice. Breakfast was super good and beyond expectation. And the room was very big. Everything was clean. Only thing is that staff started to clean falling leaf in the yard early in the morning which were noisy. This didn’t bother me because I planned to leave early anyway.

It’s a nice hotel. Great services for hours we stayed at the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried for us to get our boarding passes for the 7.15 am flight at my request. The airlines declared bankrupt, which we can to know when we arrived at the airport of Ljubljana at 5 am. Lufthansa airlines stated they could but not help, they directed to the operating airline Adria Airways. Security police officers we spoke at the airport stated they never saw such awful situation since the wars the country faced. At around 6.30’sh am Adria airline counter opened at the airport. We were 3rd in line. I spoke to the agent and he said that the airline declared Bancrupt which he stated was going on find more than 6-months. He then said he/ airline could do nothing for us or anyone else. He said only thing he could suggest that I call my travel agent or check with other possibilities, I called Expedia agent, Ray was, shared with Expedia agent for over an hour and half with her. Expedia agent finally said understood our plight. She called herself, I believe, Lufthansa airlines. The situation was awful for us. I told her to try for us with Turkish Airlines. Once Turkish airlines agents opened, we ent to the agent and he then hit ha two tickets, fir which we bought. Expedia agent was still on phone with me, finally she came on and said Expedia would reimburse our fare. By that time we already purchased our tickets with Turkish airlines. I expect Expedia.ca to reimburse us.

The hotel is situated at the foot of the Alps and is extremely picturesque. The culinary school attached to the hotel offered outstanding meals, and terrific service. We were thrilled with every detail from our room, transportation to the airport, and breakfast the next morning!

Not to be recommended!
Very small rooms. Nothing to do with the picture. I booked a room with one double bed and got treo single beds. Room very noisy, you could hear your neighbour going to the toilet (I mean not hearing the flush but him pushing). Lots of noise around starring at 6AM the whole needs big insulation!!! Hotel by far too expensive for what it is. Restaurant was supposed to be good but on my stay it wad not possible to order from the menu. Just two main dished fished or beef. I took the beef and it wad not cooked at all and I like it will done. I only ate the salad... when I explained that I did not like my steak blue, I was told that this is the way out should be and finally paid 13€ for a salad :((((

Living 1 1/2 hour away from the airport, 7:00 am departing plane is not pleasant specially when travelling with kids. Is a small hotel near to Ljubljana airport, helpful staff, great restaurant, but there is not transport to the airport provided by the hotel (it was clearly stated when I booked); the hotel served perfectly the purpose.
