I got to the hotel at 5am, and wanted to sleep for a few hours. At 7am, my fire alarm in my room started beeping a terrible beep every 5 minutes or so. I got up, showered, and drove 7 hours on 2 hours of sleep. Worst stay I have had in a long time.

I will most likely stay again but did notice the computer chair arms were extremely worn, the toilet is super short like for a child, and the air setting doesn't allow for a warmer setting, just cold air.

We booked a 3 bed room and paid a little extra for it. Upon entering the room, it was not cleaned. We were given a different room but no offer for price difference was given since we booked through Expedia so that was frustrating. Pool was decent which the kids loved. Didnt sleep veey well as something kept making some clicking/tapping sounds in the night stand area that kept me awake. Heater made similar noises through the night.

Area outside is very nice and our room was spacious. I liked the breakfast options. But there was no hot water from the coffee machine, my husband tried to make an oatmeal, only room temp water came out. When we entered our room, fire alarm was beeping. We went to the front desk. The lady just handed us batteries.. We booked a room called Suite, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking, Jetted Tub. Expecting to get into bubbly tub after 2 days road trip. But it didn't work. Called front desk. The lady said to try pressing button, but it may work or it may not work, and that they possibly didn't know it wasn't working until now... And didn't apologize for the inconvenience nor suggested to try swapping to a room with working tub. Also I decided to wipe it with wet wipes before using it (before I realized it didn't work) and they turned out brownish after one side of the tub... Towels were crystal white though and everything else seemed clean. Not super happy how I spent 120$ but I've seen much worse

Best stay
This was the best hotel we stayed in on our recent trip. Clean accomadations and great staff. The pool and hit tub were clean and an added bonus after hiking the previous 2 days. Breakfast was really good

We stayed here for one night on our motorcycle road trip. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant bext door was good, we was late but get some food. The breakfast we had in the restaurant too cause the breakfast room in the hotel was full. At morning the water pressure was to low in the whole hotel. Seems they had an leak somewhere. Near the hotel is a walmart and gas stations.

Hotel signage not clearly marked on property. Entrance into building on side of building not facing street. No signs at entrance door. No designated parking at entrance door. Complaint to staff disregarded. Otherwise, room clean and comfortable.

It was SUPER noisy! I’ve stayed there several times before and never had an issue. But though the hotel wasn’t near full, every room around and over us was occupied. We could hear tv, conversations, crying kids and barking dogs, dropping boots, bathroom noises, etc. And the key cards kept malfunctioning over and over. Not sure I’ll go back. The pool and hot tub are bright spots.

Outperforming Stay Everytime!
An older but well maintained hotel. Exceptionally clean with very friendly and helpful staff. It has been my go to in Chadron for 4 visits. Great value and will be choice next time as well.
