Dear Customer, thank you for your lies. You rented a room and payed for one person, but you showed up with a second person and refused to pay for the second. You came earlier than check in time with an extra person. After our discussion, i allowed the second person to stay for free. The second day, your guest as you call him who was staying for free in your room, broke the lock of the inside of the door, probably because he abused the lock. Anyways, he called my mobile phone, that was charging at that moment, and was not in my hands and instead YOU did not come to the reception to inform us of the problem. When i saw your message i immediatly came to solve your problem. In order though to open a broken lock it needs an expert. I tried to find an expert locksmith who came in an hour and opened the door to free your guest. After that we had to buy a new lock, to fix the door. In between this, your guest who did not pay for his stay, asked for a different room for free. We found him another room and gave him a good price, but he did not accept, he wanted to stay for free and he threatened us that if we don't give him a different free room, he would tell you and you would hurt our reputation. I answered him that he can stay in the room, otherwise he can go live in another hotel. I called Expedia customer service and i told them what happened and told them to contact the customer and explain him what to do. Your guest in the end he took his things and left and threw the keys in my face and the keys hit me in the left eye. I did not ask for money for the lock from the customer, and i also did not call the police for your guest injuring me in the eye. You our customer, checked out one day earlier very early in the morning, without telling us anything. I could sue your guest but we don't know who he is. You and your guest are not welcome in our hotel ever again.
