I’d say this is a very quiet hotel. On the first night the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room which made it very difficult to sleep. They fixed the issue immediately. I did notice that the cleaners didn’t change the bed sheets and they didn’t give me clean towels on my first night. I didn’t spend that much time in the area but it seemed safe. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The pool doesn’t open until around 9.30 and closes at 6pm and the bar was only open 9-11pm

Nice hotel
Nice and clean hotel. Nice and spacious pool area. Supermarket about ten minutes away, or short bus or taxi ride to nearest town with lots of seaside restaurants. Basic dinner menu at the hotel with two choices for main course.

Overnattet en natt! Alt fint, eneste minus må være pga klimaanlegget da den ikke blåste kaldt nok etter flere forsøk og at det ikke kunne la stå åpent mens du var borte. Så det var litt varmt ila kvelden! Herlig frokostbuffet, med ekte egg og ikke eggepulver!!

Familiengeführtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Bei diesem Hotel handelt es sich um ein kleines familiengeführtes Hotel. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig. Frühstück wird mit wechselnden Gerichten als Buffet ab 07:30 Uhr gereicht. Sehr ruhige Lage, prima Strecke zum Joggen direkt am Meer. Ein kleiner Ort mit Restaurants direkt am Meer ca. 500 Meter entfernt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Kretas beste Strände zu empfehlen. Mit Auto macht es um so mehr Spaß.

L'hôtel est sympathique mais se trouve dans un coin un peu isolée. Accès à pied de la plage (plage de galet). Beaux environnements extérieurs. Chambre un peu sommaire, équipement minimum. Literie pas très confortable. Salle de bain laisse à désirer. Personnel souriant et avenant. Hôtel adapté pour un court séjour. Si c'est pour un long séjour, vous risquez d'être déçus.

Cet hôtel est surclassé, ça n'est pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles, malgré le prix facturé. Les salles de bain sont vieillottes et pas pratiques, le mobilier abîmé et vieux, les chaises sur la terrasse rouillées. La piscine par contre est magnifique et bien orientée, dommage que l'hôtel n'ait pas une plage aménagée sur la mer qui est à côté.

Vacances agréables, calmes et reposantes
Hotel extrêmement agréable pour des vacances au calme. Très bien situé, proche de la mer avec une piscine magnifique. Très bel hôtel, très bien agencé et confortable. silencieux, calme, idéal pour se reposer et pour rechercher la tranquillité. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. En revanche, seul point faible, dans la salle de bain, le bac à douche est collé aux toilettes, avec juste un rideau, on a plutôt tendance à inonder la salle de bain. Il manque également des étagères de rangement. Personnel extrêmement agréable. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Ingen pool efter kl 19:30, dålig!
Poolen stängs kl 19.30 varje dag. Vi hade bokat detta hotell just för den fina stora poolen och vi badar alltid på kvällen. För oss blev vår vistelse på detta hotell inte alls bra då vi kom från ett annat hotel där man kunde bada i poolen dygnet runt. Happy Hour-priser i Poolbaren börjar kl 20.30, alltså när poolen har varit stängd i en timme. Att sitta där i 30 grader, svettas och inte kunna simma i den fina stora poolen känns helt värdelös. Frukosten var ok. Rummen var ok. Utan bil blir det något tråkig där.

Déçu et contrarié. Problème de canalisation et climatisation avant notre arrivé. L'hôtel décidé de nous transféré ds un autre hotel de gamme inférieure sans nous prévenir. Si je n'avais pas appelé avant notre arrivé nous serions surpris de la nouvelle! Pas de dédommagement si ce n'est 1 coca offert. Et perte de temps considérable pour la journée en attendant le taxi qui nous a amené juste à l'hôtel a côté et que nous avons du nous débrouillé nous même pour arriver. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé dans le site cet hôtel ne dispose pas de navette seulement le bus (40 min sur chania) ou le taxi très cher. Mal situé si ce n'est que proche de l'arrêt de bus. Plage non touristique et non surveillée. Besoin d'une voiture ds le coin. Hôtel très déconseillé car mauvais service pour les clients.

Clean and comfortable hotel in peaceful location
We enjoyed our stay at the Chrysanna Beach Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are well kept, especially the landscaping and beautiful pool area. Our room was bright, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was a mix of cold and hot buffet, which varied slightly in the 10 days of our stay. The official hotel photos make the hotel look amazing, so bear in mind this is a 3* hotel. One of the photos is of Balos Lagoon which is an hour drive away!!! (but worth a trip) We would have liked a shower curtain in the bathroom to avoid a flood every time we showered! Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Nice hotel close to the sea. You need to have a car to reach nice beaches like Balos beach and Elafonissis. Swimming pool ok. Room bathroom too small without shower cabin, therefore water flowing in all bathroom when you take a shower.

All is good except the rooms: their not bad but...
The room was NOT what the pictures showed. On the website it look like all is renovated and luminous... It is very clean and all but it looks like a hotel room from a 2 star hotel in cuba. So we were verrry desappointed since this is not what we saw online. The pool is great. the staff is great. Reallly they were. So nothing to say about that. there is nothing much in the village nearby but if you like being in the middle of nowhere (well...all is accessible by car don't worry) then the place is for you. The beach really close to the hotel is not that great (pebbles and some algua and sometimes biiig waves) We stayed 4 nights there. the hotel served as a base for our expedition in the region. Which is great. The menu didn't change once while we were there. so that is a bummer. So i wouldn't recommand it to friends who like nice design hotels. But if you are not to fussy about it .. it was a nice place. I assure you, the pictures showned have been photoshoped at least for the rooms (saturated with brightness so you don't really see the ageded furniture. Rooms are not that bright and furniture is much older (still very clean) they it seems. It was still a great stay but with a sour not about the apparences. Staffs were great. very nice.

Great location, very nice pool, but not good rooms. Rooms are very dated making any long stay quite uncomfortable. Breakfast not good at all. Overall quite overpriced for what it had to offer.

Quiet hotel in peaceful location.
Attractive hotel & pool with friendly staff. Quiet location but only 15 mins walk from village with some lovely seafront tavernas - lots of choice so no need to eat in the hotel at night. Not a sandy beach - but that keeps the crowds away. Good location (with a car) for touring western Crete.

Flott hotell med rolig beliggenhet.
Vi bodde her i 7 netter og synes hotellet var veldig fint. Det ligger et godt stykke unna det sentrale men bussen var lett tilgjengelig. Supert personale som tok godt vare på oss. Stranden som ligger rett ved er ikke en kjempefin sandstrand men for å ta en dukkert er det helt ok. Bassenget på hotellet var kjempefint og som forventet. Kan anbefales å leie bil hvis man ønsker å utforske denne siden av øya hvor det er utrolig mange flotte steder.

Det er lidt misvisende, at der står, hotellet ligger i det meget turistprægede område Platanias - det ligger udenfor - i Kolymbari, som er et skønt sted. Vi havde et fint ophold - dog står der på hjemmesiden, at alle værelser er udstyret med hårtørrer, hvilket ikke er sandt. Derudover er det ikke klart afmærket, hvor på hotellet der må ryges, så man kan komme ud for, at der ryges ved nabobordet i restauranten...

Parfait pour se détendre, la piscine est grande et la vue sur la mer est pas mal. Les environs sont très calmes (idéal pour une famille ou un couple). Les chambres sont très propres et la cuisine de l'hôtel délicieuse.

Wonderful welcome with cold glass of Orange juice. Lovely views of the Sea. Staff very friendly. All areas of the hotel very clean. Pool area very relaxing. Pleasant short walk to the village. Will be returning.

Hôtel agréable et très calme , situé face à la mer
Nous avons passer une agréable semaine,trés bel hôtel cadre agréable et très calme. Le personnel vraiment très sympathique et agréable. La piscine est vraiment bien et calme. Nous dinions le soir au restaurant et c'était très bon et diversifié, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La plage est une plage de galet mais elle est étendu et avec peu de monde, les transats et parasol sont fournis gracieusement. L'endroit où est situé l'hôtel permet de pouvoir visiter facilement le côté ouest de la Crête ( Gramoussa, Balos, Kissamos, Fallarsana avec ses belles plages de sable, et même de descendre jusqu'à la magnifique plage de Elafonissi). Nous recommandons cet Hôtel pour passer quelques jours agréable au calme et avec du personnel adorable notamment: Sofia, George (Gorgious) et les autres dont nous n'avons plus les nom.

フリーwifiが使えるが、接続・速度に難あり。 ホテル併設のプールがきれい（未利用） 基本的には静かなのでゆっくりできる。（部屋間の音漏れは大きい）
