The internet provider company is trying to resolve it. In regard to your comment about the gym, indeed in order for our guests to use the gym in our hotel, first they have to make a reservation with the exact time and duration of their training. The reason for that is due to Covid, as well as for hygiene reasons our cleaning staff needs to have the proper amount of time between every session so that they can clean, sanitize and prepare the Gym also for other guests to use it.
