Hervorragender herzlicher griechischer Empfang von der Frau Efi! Das Zimmer ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, sauber und mit wunderbarem Meerblick. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und sauber! Auf jeden Fall war das Geld und die Zeit wert. Absolute Empfehlung 💕❤️

Svært fornøyd
Vi hadde en veldig fin uke på Esthisis! Fint og godt vedlikehold, nærhet til strand og restauranter, men likevel litt tilbaketrukket. Veldig fint bassengområde og leiligheten var av fin størrelse til to. Svært hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Anbefaler stedet og kan godt tenke oss å dra tilbake.

This place is a gem. Perfect destination for families as the suite had lots of space to relax unlike a normal hotel room. The pool was beautiful and the room had a lovely patio that we sat on in the mornings. Kitchen allowed for some breakfast items to be kept for lazy morning starts. The property is easily walkable into town in 5 minutes, which we preferred to being right in town as it would be much noisier - Esthisis was very peaceful and quiet.

Relaxing one week break
Lovely, friendly and relaxing, second time here. Great location with easy access to the more busy parts of the town. Lots of great friendly restaurants, lovely beaches. Good cheap transport on the local buses. Great country walks through the orange and olive groves.

lovely esthisis suites
Amazing rooms! we stay 2 bedroom familyroom and everything was awesome. Clean rooms, good kitchen and equipment. lovely balcony. The was wine, olive oil, vegetables and fruits in the room and owner was awesome, we felt were welcome. Hotel located on small hill so you have to walk a little, but we loved it :) pool area was also nice,

Lovely place, big apartments, very comfy beds, friendly staff. Daily cleaning is brilliant and pool is great - bit chilly in april but nice size and well maintained.

Zeer welkomeontvangst. ruim en zeer proper appartement. Dagelijks housekeeping was zalig. Ligging boven de rest van het dorp maakt dat het heerlijk rustig is. Platanias is een goede uitvalsbasis om West Kreta te ontdekken en Chania. Platanias zelf is niet zo interessant, maar heeft voldoende gelegenheden om goed te eten zodat je nooit zelf hoeft te koken

Great property with daily housemaid service so always clean and very warm and personal help from the owners whenever we needed it. Wonderful location too. Close to nice restaurants, bars, shops and the beach of course. All well within easy walking distance but the pool at the Suites when you just want to relax. Cant fault it really :)

Vores ophold var fantastisk dejligt. Stedet lever helt op til vores forventninger. Ejer samt personale var utrolig venlige og imødekomne. Det ligger godt i forhold til byen.

Hyggeligt med god beliggenhed, dog med kakerlakker
Samlet set havde vi et dejligt ophold og værelserne er store og godt indrettede med fint udstyr. Vi havde desværre kakerlakker på værelset, og selvom vi gjorde opmærksom på det og der blev sprøjtet, forsvandt de ikke helt. Det betød at alt hvad vi havde stående af frugt mm. kunne smides ud, da vi så kakerlakker på køkkenbordet, ret så ulækkert" Det havde vi ikke forventet på et hotel/suite med 4 stjerner. Man skal være opmærksom på at der intet er på stedet udover boligen og et skønt ude område til hver bolig. Der er ikke nogle fælles opholdsområder for gæsterne (en lille bar, restaurant eller lign.) Så ønsker man et sted med fuldstændig ro, er det et fint valg. Vi synes dog ikke stedet retfærdiggør 4 stjerner som der står anført, men burde have 3 stjerner, som prisen også skulle være afspejlet i. Dette sted var det dyreste vi boede på.

Fantastic apartment, large modern with all amenities, staff friendly and helpful. All rooms cleaned daily, with fresh towels. Air con in one room packed up, and it was fixed within hours. Fantastic views over platanias and could watch the sunset from the large balconies. Would recommend for families. The only downside is that it is located high up in a hilly area with some steep hills to climb. Would I return to the Esthisis? An emphatic YES!

Perfect hotel
A perfect stay: beautiful hotel with a superb location and the best service one can imagine! You can feel the devotion of the owners, they will do their outmost to make you enjoy your stay. And we did enjoy every minute of it. Definitely going there again!

Boede her de sidste 4 dage af vores ferie. Alt var i orden! Super sød og hjælpsom ejer. Rigtig fin og stor 3 vær. lejlighed med god standard og med skønne senge. Helt uforstyrret belligenhed, trukket væk fra Hovedgaden, men stadig i gåafstand. God stor pool. Anbefalelsesværdigt hvis man er på de kanter.

Perfect family apartment-hotel
A wonderful, spacious apartment located in a quiet part of Platanias. It is run by a very pleasant and nice couple that truely wants their guests to have a nice stay. Cleaning is every day and performed meticulously. The pool was clean and not very crowded. Our apartment contained everthing a family needs on a vacation, and had a very nice view of Platanias and the sea. We highly recommend this hotel, and would like to come back on a later occasion.

Fantastisk 10 netters opphold.
Fantastisk flott leilighetskompleks, med rolig belligenhet. De som eier stedet vet ikke hvor godt de skal gjøre det for at du skal trives. Du blir møtt med vinflaske og grønnsaker på rommet når du ankommer. Når vi dro fikk vi en flaske olivenolje i gave. Dette var tredje gangen vi har bodd på Esthitis, og vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Loved this property. The apartment was spacious enough for two people, with a fully equipped kitchen, nice seating area inside and outside with a quiet shared pool. Efi was amazing. So welcoming with refreshments, more than what you would expect as gifts in the apartment (to which I’m not going to say - I will not spoil the surprises). When checking out we felt love and like we had become part of the family. Received a parting gift and lovely well wishes from Efi

I spend over 100 nights a year in hotels and this is by far the cleanest and most well kept property I have ever stayed in. From the rooms down to the organization of the drawers in the kitchen they had it all covered. The staff was absolutely amazing, free parking and terrific location. If in Plantanias I would be sure to return. Sorry, and the rooms were great - we had three wonderful balances with great views of the sea. Wonderful upscale outside seating as well. You could feel the pride of ownership from the staff.

A very good family owned hotel, excellent and friendly service! Neat and tidy, proper cleaning service daily, good air condition and modern furniture. Good pool with many sunbeds. Wine bottle waiting at the room as a welcome gift! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us with everything we needed! Absolutely great accommodation! There was no bar service at the hotel, so all drinks should be bought from a store by yourself.

Wonderful holiday
The suites are spotlessly clean and are fully cleaned and towels changed every single day. The pool and surrounding areas are also cleaned daily. Nothing is too much trouble for Efi and all the members of her team. Cretan hospitality at its best. Our maisonette was spacious, with tasteful modern décor and good air conditioning. On our arrival, there were bottles of wine, olive oil and water, fresh fruit, tomatoes and cucumber, all of which were most welcome, as were the sweet treats which were left for us later in our holiday. The pool is larger than it looks on the photos and there were many times when we had it to ourselves. There are comfortable loungers and towels are provided. Platanias village is quiet and quite unspoilt and full of great tavernas, offering excellent food and wine, great views and sunsets and exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend Agioklima and Almiras. The food at Cosmos is also good, and offers outstanding views but it is quite pretentious. For a more up-market experience, at reasonable prices, try Zafferano about half a kilometre away on the main road – stunningly presented flavoursome food, in a great chilled atmosphere. Platanias town is full of all types of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. On the lovely beach, local tavernas hire out loungers for 3 Euro a day. A coastal bus service runs along the main road- about 15 minutes to reach Chania. All in all, this was a great accommodation, which was well worth the trek up the hill.

It was mostly good. Welcome was friendly, room clean and large and nice welcome gifts (fruit bowl, bottle of wine). The only downside was that i was gone til late every day and despie the fact that i had put down the shutters and locked the door when i came back the shutters were up and sliding doors unlocked. I complained but it continued. Fortunately nothing was taken.

Service was brilliant, apartment cleaned everyday, very comfy bed (I slept like a baby!). Location very good for car hire if exploring the island or even if you want to waste your holiday sitting by pool - excellent place either way. Staff treat you like their family and Efi is such a nice lady. Highly recommended.

Family relaxing break
Located up in the old town with beautiful views of the Platanias. Apartments were nice and spacious just what was needed for a relaxing week away. The only negative was we were slightly out of season so a few places were closed but it was only around €2 into Chania with plenty of choice in places to go.
