A small family run hotel. The family, very friendly and knowledgeable. Short walking distance to beach. But swimming pool is excellent large and very clean. Will definitely stay here again. The one thing I would recommend for the hotel is that they invest in better coffee, making facilities and perhaps up the quality of the breakfast and charge a bit more which I’m sure everyone would willingly pay. Also lovely garden area around the pool. Excellent Taverna called Sterna Just across the road.

They advised Wi-Fi and they don't have it. I had some work to do and had to change hotels very last minute and it cost me. Very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed. Room and pool area were clean. Breakfast is served on tables and was ok. Overall a nice experience. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you again! 🌞

We had a super stay here for 16. Days. The pool is super clean and nice,jacuzzi and shower. We enjoyed a quiet breakfast with the pool,very cosy. Super friendly staff and owners is very helpful. The calm and quiet family owned hotel is near to several beaches, 24/7 mini marked,bus stops (takes you to Chania old town )and other necessary things.Also a pharmacy near the hotel. Rented a car near the hotel( highly recommended) and the price was good. If you don’t want to go to restaurants in Chania City senter, you can go 10-15 min the other way and find some good Tavernas. We recommend this hotel for a relaxing and super holiday.

Hotell som ligger lite avsides men samtidigt mitt i. Perfekt avstånd till strand, restauranger, matbutik och för den som gillar att gå är det både fint och smidigt att promenera till Chania eller Agia Marina. Man får vad man betalar för och lite till. Super fräscht vid poolområdet och bra service.

Täysin välinpitämätön asiakaspalvelu, huoneessa piti olla vedenkeitin ja jääkaappi, ei ollut kumpaakaan. Vuodevaatteet olivat tahraiset, eikä ilmastointi toiminut kunnolla. Ruokaa ei ollut saatavilla vaikka väitetysti paikassa oli myös ravintola. Emme voi pariskuntana suositella tätä paikkaa ainakaan häämatkamajoitukseksi, tuotti pettymyksen.

Unfortunatelly this review does not represent our hotel. We are offering breakfast and food by the pool but you never appear. You never asked for a refrigerator or a boiler and the air condition was working perfectly, the remote control was in your hands. Many times we visit your room for service and you did not allowed. When you left your room was not at the condition that we offer four days ago. Also you are not polite to us,was a family of four people checking in at the reception and you took their place without our permisson. It was a mistake that you stayed with us.

Our Cretan Home Away From Home
Hotel Kyriaki is our hotel of choice in Chania. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, to a mart, a full service grocery, or the bus stop to Old Town Chania. Our room had a great refrigerator and the air conditioner cooled the room in quick time. The staff of the hotel is like family now - we have stayed there the past 4 years. The new jacuzzi is wonderful and the pool cannot be beat.

The Owner was very friendly and could not do enough for me . The pool area was perfectly clean and you felt safe the whole time of your stay . The location was wonderful and only a 2 minute walk to the beach so you could go for a swim first thing and then have a coffee at the beach bar . I would definitely recommend 👍

Still the Best!
We had the entire facility and all the attention to ourselves! It was very unfortunate for our hosts that a major tour company had to cancel at the last moment. The pool is wonderful, our room we have had for the past 2 years was ready for us again, and our hosts were wonderful as always. This hotel is close to the beach, close to the bus stop for the bus to the harbor - everything is just right. They are almost finished with a lovely jacuzzi which overlooks the pool and the major portion of the property. We will be back next summer!!!

Lovely quiet hotel
Nice and quiet hotel, very good sized pool and really good sized rooms! Joseph the manager/owner was lovely and helpful, and the hotel is ideally located near a beautiful beach and lots of little shops nearby and a nice restaurant over the road.

Lovely hotel, a little bit dated but very clean and sheets and towel change every day. Manager a lovely man who will oblige anything you ask for, two minutes walk down quiet road to sandy beach with lovely beach bar, 2 beds and umbrella €7 per day and only a few minutes on the bus 21 to Chania town centre with old harbour then 5 mins walk from bus stop. Highly recommend this hotel though if you want a more night life holiday you might find it a bit quiet.

Only 200m to very good beach. Other nice beaches nearby. Good buss connections to the city centre. Buss stop was about 200m from the hotel and there was a buss in every 12 minutes. Also supermarkets nearby. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Cleaning could be better but it wasn't the worst that I have seen. We stayed at the classic room and it had good air conditioning. The room had no foods or drinks to the room policy and I thought that was a minus because we would had liked to buy from market and eat at our room. Also little fridge would had been nice. We didn't buy any foods or drinks from the hotel but there was a pool bar. There was a nice pool area and the yard of the hotel was really beautiful white different flowers and plants.

Få en oplevelse langt udover det sædvanlige
Superhyggeligt hotel, skøn pool, ca. 500 meter til en virkelig lækker strand, morgenmaden blev serveret i skyggen ved poolen hver morgen og personalet var søde, rare og imødekommende. Chefen var helt i særklasse og meget hjælpsom med alt. Kan kun anbefale denne lille oase i Chania på Kreta.

A fine hotel with excellent service
I have just returned from 10 wonderful days at Hotel Kyriaki. Located just half an hour's walk from the beautiful harbour of Chania, and just 5 minutes from a very nice sandy beach. The hotel has a perfect swimming pool, and a bar whith a small selection of drinks and food. Kyriaki is a family-run hotel, and they all strive to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. I experienced a very high level of service. It was my first stay at Kyriaki - it will not be my last!

Dejligt hotel med servicen i højsædet.
Super dejligt ophold! Hotellet er ikke et 5 stjernet luksus-hotel med alt hvad hjertet begærer. Til gengæld kompenserer den sublime service fra personalet og den hyggelige stemning for alt andet man måtte ønske af et ophold. Det familie-ejede og -drevne hotel tager udgangspunkt i familiens engagement og et serviceniveau der ligger langt over hvad man kan forvente. Det kom bl.a. til udtryk på sidstedagen, hvor vi først skulle forlade hotellet kl. 21.30 men kun havde værelset til kl. 12.00. Til trods herfor gjorde man alt for at vi havde et værelse, selvom alt var fuldt booket. Ejeren satsede på at der var en sen ankomst på et af værelserne og selvom han flyttede vores bagage 2 gange, lykkedes det at stille et værelse til vores rådighed til bad og omklædning, med ekstra rengøring for hotellet til følge. Området er ved første øjekast lidt øde, men med kort afstand til strand og flere hoteller er området rigtigt fint. Desuden ligger det nemt til bus - både øst- og vestgående. Hotellet har et lækkert pool-område med en lille snack-bar, hvorfra der serveres morgenmad og lette frokost-retter. Vil til enhver tid anbefale hotellet og også selv booke igen, hvis lejligheden byder sig.

Lovely hotel
A small friend run hotel with a lovely pool.The staff were very helpful and friendly.The hotel is only a two minute walk to a beautiful beach with other bays within walking distance. The location is excellent for getting into the Venetian harbour of Chania.

Convenient and Managed hotel. Reasonably priced.
We really enjoyed our stay here, Joseph the owner couldn't have been more helpful and This property has a really good sized pool for swimming and to lounge around in a nice quiet area of chania. The property is also just a 200 meters from a local beach there which is equally nice. Will go back again when I get the opportunity.

Avslappet utgangspunkt for bading og byturer
Enkelt og fint leilighets-hotell nær strand og by. For de som liker det enkelt, og avslappende,er dette et flott sted og dra til. Vi fikk en nynlig opp-pusset leilighet med gode senger/puter. Hadde ikke fått satt inn kjøleskap enda, samt at dusjforhenget kunne vært litt lengre, slik at det ikke ble så vått på badet etter en dusj. Nydelig område med fin skjermet badestrand 2-300 meter unna, samt buss stopp like ved som tok deg til Chania på 10minutter. Enkle retter i pool-baren, samt flust av steder i området med god mat. Fint badebasseng. Fire hygggelige brødre som driver stedet. Kort oppsummert: Enkelt sted med hjelpsomme verter. Fint utgangspunkt for bading og byturer, samt kort vei til mange steder du kan spise god mat.

Close to the see..
The manager is very kind and helpful; unfortunately the services provided by the hotel are so poor: the wifi is available only in the lobby and around the swimming pool but often it doesn't work properly. The amenity kit is disappointing: just a small soap. Over all a good location close to the free beach and the swimming pool made my stay enjoyable.

Hoteller bærer præg af den Græske krise - lidt slidt. Men fantastiske flinke mennesker og en meget dedikeret stuepige. Og Wi-Fi virker ikke på værelserne, men kun omkring pool området Og til jer på Hotel.com Nej der er bestem IKKE fladskærm! Der er ikke Wi-Fi overalt! Og gratis toilet artikler - tja - 2 små stykker toiletsæbe. Så i oversælger hotellet lidt!

Familjärt hotell med hyggligt gångavstånd från centrum (ca 2 till 3 kilometer, och några hundra meter från stranden). Generös tid för frukost vilket gjorde att vi inte behövde stå upp så tidigt om vi inte ville. En av delägarnas hustru är svenska vilket underlättade kommunikationen.

it could do better
we were disappointed as it was completely different from photos on the website. the hotel is located outside of chania far from everything. there was only one guy to clean the rooms and prepare continental breakfast which was also terrible. He tried to make his best but it will be out of business soon, as the service does not meet 3 stars hotel.

We're coming back
We really enjoyed our stay at Kyriaki hotel. It has a quiet atmosphere, and great service. We learned that this hotel is a family business, and all of the staff were really friendly. Nice pool with poolbar, close to the beach and only five minuites away from Chania by bus. Highly recommended!
