Absolutely bad experience! We had to cancel our trip to Grand Gennadi at Rhodes after the fires this August and last minute booked this hotel in Crete advertised as a 4 star hotel. The morning we arrived we used the lobby washrooms and they were worse/dirtier than the type of washrooms you use at the beach. We visited the breakfast buffet and everything was messy, Nutella on the buffet tables spread everywhere with flies all over. Extremely noisy and crowded like an IKEA food court. This is definitely not a 4 star experience. We haven't had the chance to check in and get to our room since we were at the hotel at 8:30 am and contacted Expedia to get a refund since we were travelling along with our 2 kids and didn't want to waste our vacation altogether. We were reassured by the agent that the hotel manager will make an exception and we were on the phone for 5-6 hours on hold until 2 pm. They said worst case they would charge us for one night fees but instead they fully charged us the full amount and they let us know about this the next day. We had to leave the island because of our son getting sick, probably because of the hotel washroom and we were charged a full 7 nights accommodation package. Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. I would greatly appreciate a full refund even though no one reached out to us all this time.

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles, nourriture de cantine, insalubrité chambres et lieux communs, personnel non accueillant, je suis dégouté d'avoir payé un prix aussi cher pour cet hôtel qui ne vaut pas un kopek ! A fuir !

Dit hotel heeft zeker pluspunten zoals het geweldige zwembad met leuke glijbanen, de ligging aan zee, de prima bedden en douche. Het eten is ook oké. Wij zaten in een tuinkamer die lekker dicht bij het zwembad ligt. De kamer was echter wel erg klein en gedateerd. Echt een tegenvaller. Verder vonden wij de drankjes non-alcohol en alcohol niet top.

Generally fine but the hotel is well outdated
The outdoor hotel environment was fine, pleasant and well organized. Nice atmosphere for children. The rooms are so outdated. There is only one electrical outlet. Luckily I brought an extension cable and splitter. The furniture in the room and throughout the hotel are very basic. There is a good variety of food but the food is generally overcooked and generally very salty. I realize cooking large quantity for hundreds of people may be difficult. The service in general was very good. The personnel is kind and very helpful.

Had the best experience. Staff were lovely from reception right through to the chefs and cleaners. Would love to come back, the kids had an absolute ball. Big variety of things to entertain the kids as well as adults, many relaxing options too.

Riktigt bra hotell för familjen med barn, mycket bra mat, fin service och väldigt trevlig personal. Poolområdet är väldigt bra och stranden är fin. Rummen i sidobyggnaderna är något slitna men de ska visst renoveras. De är små men absolut inget problem att bo 4 i. De som kunde vara bättre är att gymmet t.ex är öppet 10-18, känns som de flesta vill träna morgon eller kväll.. vissa av aktiviteterna är också bara tillgängliga under dagen såsom mini-golf och pingisborden det kunde ändras.

Fantastisk semester för barnfamiljer! Poolområdet med vattenparken (och fantastiska badvakter), egen strand med solstolar och en poolbar precis innan stranden. Maten var över förväntan och jättebra i en vecka - blev inte alls så less som man brukar på all incl. Enda negativa va slitet hotellrum även om det var fantastiskt fin utsikt mot havet (typ 50m till havet). I övrigt va hotellet toppen och supertrevlig personal i receptionen!

Fint hotell til en grei pris
Fint hotell som ligger helt ved stranden til en grei pris. Små rom, men rent og ryddig. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Underholdningsgjengen tilbyr ulike aktiviteter og var svært engasjerende og trivelig. God mat og drikke. Busstopp like ved som kan ta deg dit du ønsker for en lav pris. Supermarked rett over veien som har mye lavere pris på varer enn det hotellet tilbyr. Positivt overrasket over stranden,den var mye finere enn forventet. Rene basseng med ulike dybder. Eneste minuset er gjestene som legger ut håndklær for å sikre seg solsenger, opptar plasser hele dagen uten å benytte seg av plassen før langt på dag.

Great hotel, great value for the money , has everything you need to stay with children, awesome pools, lots of sunbeds, entertainment. Food was absolutely fantastic and we are quite picky when it comes to food ! We had our own car and this was great location to visit everything we wanted to.

La Struttura,calcolando la media Greca ( sono stato a Santorini e Zante ) è sopra la media... Le Camere sono molto spaziose ed alcune hanno una vista meravigliosa direttamente sul mare. Il bagno è nella media,ovviamente non c'è il Bidet,ma c'è la vasca con vetro per fare una doccia tranquilla.. I letti non hanno fatto sentire la mancanza di casa,belli alti e morbidi,cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni,mentre il letto veniva rifatto ogni giorno. Il mangiare è il tasto dolente,sopratutto per gli Italiani che sono abituati bene.. Colazione vastissima,dolce,salato,c'era di tutto,pranzo e cena anche con vastissima scelta,ma pasta molto,molto scadente,come secondo c'era sempre un tipo di carne diversa ( maggiormente pollo ),abbastanza mangiabile,il resto come da tradizione Greca,molto molto speziato. Per i bambini è perfetto,da 0 a 18 anni c'è una grande varietà di scivoli,ci sono ben 4 piscine per ogni esigenza,lettini e sdraio in abbondanza.. Spiaggia non eccezionale,ma il mare se non tirava vento era spettacolare,freddo e pulito come pochi.. Nel complesso,do un bel voto 8 alla mia vacanza appena conclusa...

Palvelu hyvää, siivous erinomaisesta. Toiminta ja ruoka muistuttaa kouluruokaa. Ruoka on mautonta ja valmistetaan ilmeisesti muualla lämmittää hotellilla. Hotellet er helt ok, men ikke 4-stjerner. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 barn og vi bestilte familierom. De var veldig små og trange, badet var også smalt og trangt. Det bar også preg av slitasje.I tillegg var ikke lukten i rommet den beste når vi kom og det måtte luftes og vi fikk en ekstra vask av rommet før vi flyttet inn. Maten var middels, og mye repetisjon/prefabrikert oppvarmet. Det gikk mye i grillet svin eller kylling og det var skuffende lite fisk.Her savnet vi mer variasjon og egenart. Det var også til tider lang kø for å få mat. Drikken var også under middels. Bassengområdet med både barnebasseng, vannsklier og hovedbassenget var imidlertid veldig bra, men som ellers måtte du tidlig opp for å finne/reservere plass (noe som selvfølgelig ikke var lov ifølge hotellet, men som de ikke håndhevde). Badestranden nedenfor hotellet var det gratis solseng og parasoll, men selve stranden var en blanding av stein og sand, og det anbefales badesko da det var mye stein de første meterne ut i vannet.

Flott hotell! Personalet er så hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Bassengområdet er stort og godt tilrettelagt for både store og små. Mange er tidlig ute med å legge badehåndklær på solsenger, så en fordel å være tidlig ute hvis man ønsker solseng ved bassenget. Mye aktiviteter gjennom dagen. God mat som passer alle til alle måltider. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Très déçus par cet hôtel. Certes, le cadre est magnifique, il y a une grande piscine, des toboggans pour les enfants et la plage à proximité, des galets mais on peut marcher sans chaussure d'eau. En revanche, il faudrait plus de personnels. Les toilettes communes à côté des piscines sont très sales. Jamais vu personne les nettoyer. Pareil pour celles à côté de l'accueil, poignet de porte cassé et forte odeur d'urine. Les ascenseurs sont sales aussi, il y a de la nourriture par terre, des traces de doigts sur les touches, jamais nettoyées non plus. Au buffet, ce sont les clients qui sont obligés de ramasser les aliments que leurs enfants ont fait tomber par terre ou les assiettes cassées par accidents, 2 serveurs pour une immense salle, non climatisée, alors avant qu'ils aient vu les problèmes, les clients se débrouillent par eux-mêmes. On est en all inclusive mais il faut encore acheter des bouteilles d'eau pour dans la chambre la nuit. La nourriture n'est pas bonne. Le buffet est très répétitif et la nourriture est trop cuite et bas de gamme. Le summum, on a voulu garder la chambre 2 heures de plus avant de partir pour y laisser nos bagages mais c'est payant, 40 euros en plus alors qu'on a payé 1700 euros pour 1 semaine pour 4 personnes. La chambre et la salle de bain sont basiques. Elles sont nettoyés tous les jours mais cela est fait rapidement, le miroir est resté sale pendant tout notre séjour et la déco de la chambre est inexistante. Bref, plutôt un hôtel 3 ou 2 *

Thanks to the wonderful staff at Creta for making the stay a very pleasant one - I stayed there for 6 days - staff is very friendly and work hard at making all guests very comfortable. The room is cleaned daily and the food is very good.

The Creta Princess is a perfect destination for families. This all inclusive resort covers all your needs. The staff is friendly and they have activities all day into the night if you choose. The food is consistently good and meals alternate daily. You will be tempted to not to leave the resort but I do recommend visiting local points of interest and shops.

Obiekt głównie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo dobre zjeżdzalnie dla dzieci (dla syna zajęcie od 10 do 18, z godzinną przerwą na obiad), jedzenie smaczne i w miarę urozmaicone (chociaż śniadania dość jednostajne, faktycznie jajecznica z proszku). Nie jest to 5 gwiazdek, pokoje niezbyt duże, ale zadbane, czystość dobrze utrzymana.
