We are extremely disappointed that you could not find comfortable non smoking area in our property. We would like to inform you that all the rooms and indoor areas are non smoking, however we cannot forbid the smoking in the outdoor areas. Nevertheless, our hotel is a big complex and has 5 pools in total - therefore usually not all the areas have smoking guest and you can find easily areas without. Also, we are disappointed that the food did not live up to your expectations. Furthermore, we are indeed in some distance from Chania city but we do have easy access by bus or taxi to the city - the nearest bus stop is located just 100 meters away from the hotel!
