The front desk person was more concerned with admiring his nails than helping me. I was to be called if a room was available before 3:00 pm but was not. I was told that no rooms were available at 2:00 pm but a man walked up as I was leaving and was checked in.

My wife has trouble walking long distances - when I asked at check in where the elevator was she directed us to the elevator at the complete opposite end of the hotel where our room was located, thus we then had to walk to the complete other end of the hotel where there was an elevator within 15 feet of our room.

There is a very peaceful atmosphere at this hotel. The lobby area is comfortable and has access to outdoor seating around the pool. Although it was a bit chilly for swimming, it was lovely just to sit outside in the warmish air. Our room was perfect and had all the necessary amenities.

Front desk staff were excellent. Found out not all rooms have a balcony, but they switched me to a room with one when checking in.

We were able to check in about an hour early! Front desk wasn’t too talkative but we really didn’t need any interaction, as we knew where we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again. The room had full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

This hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The only complaint we have is the bistro was very limited on breakfast options. With the price and quality of this hotel, breakfast should have been included or at least have a restaurant that offers breakfast.

Very quiet clean secluded area yet close to everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and extremely comfortable. I felt very safe. . I will be back.

One of the nicest Marriott hotels I've stayed it. While not downtown, it's only about a 12 minute drive and situated in a beautiful, quiet suburb. The lobby is lovely as the restaurant and pool area is gorgeous. As for the room, they were clean and spacious enough. If you have a car, there are more than enough dining options around and isle of palms of beach is a 10 minute drive about. I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Housekeeping was very good! Staff was pleasant. Although, when I asked what time did breakfast end. I was told breakfast did not go with my room. I was offended by that! I told the older lady that I was aware and had breakfast the day before. Our room was noisy there was a humming coming from the other room, and it needed to be updated, especially the bathroom! For now on I will contact the hotel when making reservations to make sure I get the room I want. Was not satisfied with room!

Weekend Stay Mount Pleasant
This hotel was close to Isle of Palms and Charleston but much more economical. The neighborhood was quiet. The courtyard, fitness center and pool were nice.
