They gave us the key to the room and when we walked in it was occupied by another guest. When we informed the front desk about it they were very casual like it was a recurring problem. When we got to the right room it was not occupied but still pretty dirty.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent stay at your hotel and to request a refund for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness: Upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find it in an unsatisfactory condition. The surfaces were visibly dirty, and it was evident that thorough cleaning had not been conducted prior to my arrival. This lack of cleanliness was highly concerning and unacceptable. 2. Odor: Throughout my stay, there was a pervasive smell of marijuana in the hallways and even within my room. This not only made the environment unpleasant but also raised concerns regarding the enforcement of hotel policies and the safety of guests. 3. Pest Infestation: Regrettably, I also encountered roaches in the room, which was distressing and deeply concerning. Discovering such pests in a hotel room is not only unpleasant but also poses health risks to guests. These issues significantly detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. As a paying guest, I expect a certain standard of cleanliness and comfort, which unfortunately was not met during my stay at your establishment.

Where to begin. It was great during check-in. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. It went downhill quickly after that. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool which was closed for our entire stay. Breakfast was really minimal and when my daughter asked for more orange juice they said no, once it's gone that's it. We had a suite and the only paper products were toilet paper. Bo tissue, paper towels, nothing and if we went down to ask for a bowl or something from front desk they said no. 1 garbage can in the whole room. Towels were so stained and gross. We pulled out the sleeper sofa, it had no sheets and the mattress cover was so stained and gross. The blankets on the bed were stained and had cigarette burns in them. Then our last night there, we were watching TV in the front room and a cockroach crawled out from under the small couch. If it wasn't so late we would have left. We went to bed and out our stuff up off the floor and barricaded the bedroom door and got up early the next day to get out of that place. Do not recommend this hotel. It was a good price but not worth it.

We booked our stay for 4 people (2 double beds) over 2 months ago. Upon arrival we were told they gave our room to someone else and we had To settle for a single king bed and a sleeper couch. When we begrudgingly agreed since we had no where else to stay, the desk woman (who was babysitting her one year old while working as the only person on staff) placed us in a room WHERE SOMEONE ELSE WAS ALREADY STAYING. Our keycard opened the door to another persons room. The place was a mess, smelly and just horrible. We had to pay triple the price to stay at an alternative hotel for the night, and then had to spend 2 hours on the phone with Expedia to figure out the issues. Ended up canceling the rest of our stay at the clarion and went to the holiday inn Riverview instead. Huge upgrade for same price.

First time booking and staying here on my own accord. Front desk check in was smooth,rep was very nice and polite however the room did not meet expectations. Baby roaches crawling on the counter next to the microwave and in the bathroom. Very disgusting. Towels were not cleaned at all. Pubic hair is what it appeared to be on them still. Sent a friend down to ask for cleaner towels and they were told they didn’t have any more nor did they bother to call if any became available. Very disappointing visit. I don’t think I would recommend this property to anyone nor stay another visit again.

Double charged me and wouldn’t fix it. They said their manager would be in around 2pm and when I called they said he wouldn’t even be in. Also found a used needle in my tissue box which is a huge health and safety hazard but they did absolutely nothing about it.

The staff was fine. When we got to the room, we noticed a bug right away. Within a minute of that we saw more. They were all over. They were booked and couldn’t get us another room. We left and got a refund

The hotel was very unclean. Stayed two nights and each night we had roaches crawling around room. Sheets and towels had hair all over them.

Aucun service : la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (trop froid et très bruyant)…, plus de pièces pour la lessive (débrouille toi), chambre jamais faite en trois jours, poubelles et détritus qui traînent dans les couloirs…notre store était cassé… C’est dommage ! Les chambres sont très grandes et bien conçues. L’hôtel est silencieux. Le petit déjeuner est succinct mais il existe. Avec un peu d’attention ce serait bien.

Checking in was okay. Once i got to the room and opened the door there was a smell immediately as you open the door. As we proceeded to go in there was gnats flying in bathroom and near the sink outside the bathroom. All over the room actually. The bedroom was dirty and stained. Something sticky was all over the bathroom door and bedroom door. We saw a couple of roaches in the cabinet. The elevator was not working when you needed to go up but if you was going down it would work. The stairways was dirty and trashy. I had to go buy something for the gnats . The shower did not get hot at all/ lukewarm was it. I was down the weekend of 10/20 through the 10/22. Not a pleasing stay , won’t book again.

When we knew our flight was going to be late, I called and notified the facility. When we arrived, the doors were locked and there was nobody at the front desk. We called and rang the doorbell multiple times. We were stuck outside during a storm with no other option. We then called another time and the employee took the call. She stated that she had been at the desk the entire time, which we knew differently. Once checked in, we attempted to use the elevator, but could not. The employee told us we needed to push the button very hard in order for it to work. Our room key did not work. Once the employee let us in, we were shocked. Bathroom had urine in the toilet. Chips and other food on the carpet. Bedding had burn marks on multiple spots. Then I saw my first cockroach. We did not sleep. The next day we left and didn't return until late. Nobody around. No vending machines and the ice machine broken. Then I saw 2 more cockroaches. No sleep. The next morning I called the front desk and the employee was rude and obviously didn't want to be working. I requested 4 towels and she said I would need to come get them. I asked if someone could bring them to our room and the line disconnected. Shortly afterwards, we were brought 2 towels. We couldn't wait to check out. Pictures of the bathroom included. Cockroaches were to fast to photo.

Save your money
There was no hot water for the shower. The bed was broken. The room smelled like marijuana. The freezer made noise. No light bulbs in kitchen area or living space. No pool towels in pool. The breakfast was the worst! They did not restock ANYTHING! There were waffles. Hard boiled eggs old and discolored. No milk for cereal. Coffee was all out. No fruit. The stay was not a good one at all.

Our hotel room was filthy, walls covered in dirt, the bed smelt like body odors. I am sure they did not clean the bedding from previous guest as we were leaving the front desk person was in charge of cleaning rooms… they were trying to force you out early, overall not worth it.

The staff was great. They were all very nice. Unfortunately we had to switch rooms because the pull out couch had blood stains all over it and the springs were showing through. I was not going to put my child on it. Plus the 3rd and 4th floor and the elevator smelled like marijuana the entire stay. We told the staff twice that we needed towels and they never brought them. We'd have to go to the front desk to get them, which wasn't a big deal but don't tell us you'll get them to us right away then not do it. And the outside of the hotel and parking lot was very dirty. I do have to say that the lady at the desk was very accommodating and sweet when we needed to change rooms.

The room was dirty with mold on the ceiling. Not enough towels and wash cloths for my family of 5. Ice bucket dirty. Staff had family members sitting around and using the pool.

Filthy = lobby, elevator, pool area, breakfast area, room/bathroom + ROACH in the microwave! Stingy = didn't bring requested extra pillow (first night) & fresh towels (second night). When we went to get the towels, one was literally thread-bare and the other 2 had big holes in each (never have seen that before!)

The bedroom was clean upon arrival as was the pool itself. The pool room area surrounding the water and the pool bathroom were a mess upon arrival and even after a request was made for it to be cleaned, nothing happened and it remained filthy until we left the third day. The breakfast area was nice with good food but it took a while for certain things to get replenished. The fitness center was nice and adequate with several good options but needed a good sweeping/vacuuming. From what I observed, almost every time I passed employees, they were sitting on their phones when there was clearly cleaning that needed to be done. This was an average hotel that could be great if more time is focused towards cleaning areas other than just the bedrooms.

The listing stated that there was a small dining & kitchen area, a continental breakfast, pool, and pull-out couch. We arrived NOT to be told that the pool is out of order, but to find out when walking to it. Get to our room to find what looked like dried boogers on the walls, a lamp with the cord cut, no remote for the tv in the "living room", and the one in the "bedroom" did not work for it, no dishes or anything in the 2 rows of cabinets next to the full-size fridge, and no dining area. The "couch" was a small love seat and the mattress was dingy; you could feel the granules of dirt on it. There were NO sheets, blankets, or pillows in the closet for the pullout. There were stains on our comforters, the closet couldn't be put back on the track in order to shut properly, and it was lovely to find the roach climbing on the wall when we grabbed our towels to dry off after a shower. The continental breakfast. We smell waffles and think there might be decent food on the long L-shaped counter, nope. 1 waffle maker, no bacon, no scrambled eggs, no sausage, no bananas, no fruit medleys, no grits, no toast...just waffles (3 mins each on the ONE maker they had), cereal, boiled eggs out of someone's tupperware, and bagels. NOT a continental breakfast worth the price of this place. NOONE came by the room to service it, and when I went downstairs I waited 20 mins for someone to even show, then was given 2 towels and 1 pillow for the registered 4 people. This place is a joke!

We are sorry your stay was anything less than satisfactory. Our staff works hard daily to ensure our guest accommodations are up to standard. Our hotel description states that the rooms have a kitchenette with wet bar and not a full kitchen with utensils nor a dining area. Furthermore, we serve a continental breakfast which is described on all sites. I’m sorry that you misinterpreted the description.Your review gives us the information for training purposes so we may better serve the public. We hope for another opportunity to serve you in the future so you may experience a pleasant and restful stay.
