We loved the location and being on the harbor. It was difficult, however, to get an Uber or Lyft to pick us up without less than a 20 minute wait perhaps because it was a busy time. Also would have liked restaurant/bar to remain open after 10pm. Nothing was available to eat or drink after that.

Beautiful resort with friendly and accommodating staff. Good spa, bars and restaurant. Water taxi a 2 minute walk from main building. Patriots Point and the USS Yorktown next door (5 minutes to walk). I’d go back

Great experience! Only odd thing was how the lights worked in our room. Light switches had to be on for the powder room light to work.

I like the quiet, upscale atmosphere. Wish it had more dining options especially for gluten allergy. A coffee shop would be a nice addition too.

The property is beautiful. I was expecting to be able to get room service here but they don’t offer it. I was disappointed. Pool area is great. Fire pits are great. The seafood restaurant was basic. Our food took forever to come out. There were only 2 waiters. I think they forgot to place our appetizers. Location is good.

The room was well proportioned and spotless. The staff was incredibly helpful and it was helpful to have multiple on-site dining options. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle service to downtown!

The property itself is probably one of the best in Charleston and I wanted to love it. We were dislocated from our home for an extended period of time, so temporary lodging was a necessity. It is a beautiful setting, but they just don’t offer the amenities of a full service resort that I expect. There is no room service, although there are 2 places to eat onsite, one of which is ok, the TV options are poor, over $20 for a move, very old school ordering system, the spa is tiny with only a massage room and a bathroom to change in, nothing else, although the massage itself was great. The room is giant, with a luxurious bed, wonderful tub and balcony overlooking pool and harbor. There’s no where to walk to, so you really need a car.

I love the hourly shuttle into the city. Some of their amenities are seasonal, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms are spacious and spotless

The room and the staff were excellent. Only one small complaint, in the off season, early March, the food service was almost nonexistent. Only one restaurant, in an adjacent building with limited service. I understand that there are more venues available in better weather. ,

Five-star experience and a lovely resort. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. The rooms are exquisite. Loved our Harbor view room with double balconies with panoramic views. We shall return.

Expensive -seems great during good weather but wish they had an indoor pool and more restaurant options when weather was not so good. Spa was expensive and they automatically include gratuity which I did not appreciate. Only one place for breakfast and service was slow. Shuttle was good and view toward the harbor was amazing. Outdoor fire pits were fun and hot tub was nice.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort. It was cold, so we didn’t sit outside during the day, but we enjoyed the fire pits and the s'mores! We definitely want to return during the summer.

My husband and I had a great stay. Very relaxing. The only issue we had was our room was not very tidy when we walked in. There were random drawers open in the night stands, dressers and in the bathroom vanity. The extra towels in the basket under the vanity were not cleaned very well, one looked to have been used to wipe off makeup. One of the bathroom sinks had residue in it but the other was clean. It almost seemed like maybe someone came in before us to get ready and left. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Overall the stay was great and we hope to come back as a family in the summer!

We enjoyed our visit. The resort is beautiful. The only small issue is that I booked a studio suite that ended up not having any heat. The room we moved to was smaller even though it was supposed to be an upgrade. The move was complimentary, so I won’t complain. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will be back with our children next time. Thank you for the southern hospitality.
