We do offer full cleaning after the third day. If you should need anything for the room, it is always available. We post this and state this at check in. The AC filters are cleaned after every check out in each room.

Were sorry to hear about the urine cup, we will work with our housekeepers to better clean the room. As far as servicing the room there is modified housekeeping, every 3 days there will be a full service if you are here multiple days. Towels and sheets and linens stuff like that are available at the front desk. We hope you will use us again for your next destination vacation! thanks

We post at the front desk and explain at check in we are a Green Hotel and there is no service to the room. If you should need linens replaced, we can have housekeeping come to your door or in the evening stop by the front desk. If you are here more than 3 days, you can request service.
