It was a smoking room. And you paid 50 after tax. It’s not a Hilton

Well when you spend $40 a night for a room. What do you expect?? Never time the holiday inn is 1 exit down and I’m sore they will be more accommodating at around 150 a night!!!

Sorry for your bad experience. We never really have any complaint about the outside. Some people are just nasty and throw their trash out. We can’t pick up everything at al hours of the night. Not sure what room you stayed in nor who checked you in. I can’t check on those things with our a name or room number

i can't find you in our system can you let me know what room you were in ?

The water was the city fault we were at their mercy to come cut it on and the pipes were empty for over 8 hours so it would be brown till the pipes clear out as far as roaches no complaints were made while you were here but with a user name "babycakes" there is no way for me to even locate you in the system

cant really check any of your concerns when i don't know who you are or what room you were in?

mistakes do happen and can happen anywhere at any hotel!!!

Hello sorry for your bad experience. We are mainly a motel that serves locals. and have 4 ways in and out so it it had to watch the whole property but rest assured we have plenty of cameras so we do try to watch as much as we can we do have security thursday friday and saturday we will try to do better in the future
