Thank you for letting us know your stay with us went well, apologies for the elevator not being able to be used during your stay. we had to close it so we could lay our tile down in the lobby. We do hope you will return in the near future.

We sincerely appreciate and value your feedback it will be shared with our team and serve as encouragement as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. the pool is closed due to it only being spring we have a seasonal pool, and it doesn't open until the summer as stated on the website, also cardboard in the elevator's is due to being under renovations also stated throughout the entire hotel. We do hope in the future you will give us another chance so you may receive a more enjoyable stay with us.
