We made every effort to limit the guest impact during this repair by scheduling this repair to be completed during the evening hours. Unfortunately this repair didn't go as attended and left the hotel without water for longer than anticipated which resulted in the fire alarm being set off multiple times during the evening. We understand such issues did not leave you with favorable impressions of the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience it might have caused and thank you for staying with us.
