This was by far the nastiest hotel that I have stayed in. No part of it was clean . I had hair in my bed , assuming from previous guests. The room was very outdated , toilet was broken , mold on the walls , drywall pairs not finished , towels were dirty , grout was black ....I guess it's true , you pay for what you get ...DON'T STAY HERE

Roach infested room
We found 3 roaches in our room. We would have checked out but it was late. We had to carry all of our luggage and things back to the car to keep them out. So disgusting. Informed them when checking out, didn't seem shocked, didn't offer a refund.

Did not see bugs however flooring was not put together in one place the outlet at the sink was broken and exposed wires, bathroom wall was dirty, smelled very very old. Room was hot when we entered and when turning air on it smelled horrible...sickly mouldy smell. Deg needs work.

This was a decent room. The road was pretty busy and noisy out front. I was disappointed that despite booking a ground floor room i was put upstairs and all handicap spaces are in front of the stairs (how does that make sense??). So getting up to my room with all my stuff and dogs was a pain. Room had a couple of things maintenance should take care of including ceiling cracked and trying to come down around the fan. A/C functioned but did not cool so my room was too warm.

Overall experience was good. Room was clean and check in was easy. The two chairs in the room needed to be replaced. Everything else was good. Would stay there again.

Dogs are ok but you need posted rules and area.
One wash Cloth and two towels for 2 people? Couple in room 104 next to us arrived then placed their two dogs in the room and left about 6:30 PM. The Dogs barked until 11:45 PM when the couple returned. Then the couple talked loudly in the room before they finally retired at 12:30 AM. Dog Poop in the grassy all areas surrounding the facility. You need a single fenced area for dogs to be relieved in... A container for bagged dog waste, and a large sign that tells dog owners that dogs may not be left alone at any time in rooms. Constant Dog Barking will not be permitted and we may ask you to leave. I paid $10.00 for my dog overnight stay. Those funds should be utilized for the area and signs.

Enjoyable stay
It looked like the motel may have been remodeled in the last year or so and the room was pleasing to the eye. The staff was friendly. We would probably stay there again if we are up that way.

On checking the room, found hair on the sheets and a dirty bathroom floor that appeared not even swept nor mopped. we requested another room which was worse with bad smell on the sheets and more hair on pillow cases and the floor tiles were so loose could make someone fall. A hazard. The attendant was very willing and polite to help us change rooms and understood the problem found. At breakfast the coffee was really bad unable to drink it. The whole experience was dissaponing. We moved to a hotel instead.

This is an old property which had recently been painted and new linoleum so there was a definite smell. We were short on washcloths but they gave us more bath towels and one more washcloth. In the end, I was missing a small tablecloth for preparing our food.

This is a simple but clean hotel. I booked with Orbitz which may be why they gave me a room on the noisy street side. The bed was comfortable, but there was some considerable road noise, beginning around 6:30 AM.

We had to ask for towels every day we were there and in the week we stayed they never offered to change the sheets or clean the room at all. We had the first trash bag when we got there and they never offered us another one.

Worst choice ever
Ataff was friendly but i arrived around 8 and had booked a handicap room and the room given was no where nesr it, in gact was on a hill and huge step up to get to my room. 1 pillow each bed and they were flar as a pancake. Thank God i bring one. Comfort level was a 2. I wpuld not reccomend this place to a dog.

The “breakfast” that was advertised was a small assortment of granola bars and 2 muffins. No bread, milk, yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit, etc. The stay was not worth the $150 I paid.

The beds were nice and comfortable. A lot of tv program options. The furniture looked new except for one chair had stains on it. The smoke alarm was detached and disconnected. The bath tub was dirty and gross looking (maybe stained too?). The toilet had a different sized topper on it that didn't fit it right. The continental breakfast only had chewy bars, packaged muffins and packaged pastries with coffee and orange juice. The beds were at least comfortable and clean though.

We arrived very late to check in due to our traveling situation. You get what you pay for, this is an old school motel (imagine traveling with Chevy Chase and family in the movie Vacation). The rooms were clean, but the walls are paper thin. We got to hear everything that was going on in the room next to us, and I do mean EVERYTHING if you catch what I am saying. It's not directly on a highway, but with the thin doors, it certainly sounded like cars were driving through our room all night long. The fact that they say the offer breakfast is interesting, there were some prepackaged muffins and maybe like four granola bars. Again, 70 bucks for one night on the way from Ohio to Atlanta. You get what you pay for, lesson learned. Would not stay again or recommend. It's a funny story to share.

I checked in to a non-smoking room. Upon my entry, it reeked of smoke. The desk person promptly gave me another room. I cant belive housekeeping wouldnt notice or report that. There is also no breakfast as advetized. There are granola bars like for elementry school kids for breakfast. Like eating from a gas station.

This motel was a good value. It is next to a busy street, so got some street noise. The outside of the motel could use some work, but the room looked updated and was clean. The breakfast was just packaged bagels and muffins, but overall thought it was a good value and basic.

If they are going to charge “locals” (1 hour drive) an ADDITIONAL $100 deposit on top of the $100 deposit they charge everyone, SHOULDN’T THAT BE STATED??

The 100 deposit is mentionned when you book the room. And it's an 1 time deposit that we charge and that we refund back(inspectio of room is done before) in the morning after you check out.Next time when you book a room please read the whole reservation.
