Like the hotel, enjoy the restaurant in front, my biggest problem is the ac doesn't go below 67. I like to sleep in a real cold room. I've stayed there the last 3 weeks in a row and all the rooms are like that. I will be staying in that area every week, but next week we try Hampton Inn and see how the ac works there

Joel, thank you for providing feedback from your recent stays. Yes, by brand standards IHG required hotels to reduce their "carbon footprint" by regulating temperatures that they do not go below a certain temperature or higher than a certain temperature. This is not something we decide at the property level this is something that is required from the brand. We can override this upon request. I do not see anything documented of your discomfort, however, letting someone know could potentially fix the problem. Not too many guests are requesting to lower their air temperatures in the winter, but we all have a preference.
The front office desk was prepared for my arrival and check in was extremely easy. There were always staff in the lobby area and they were consistently courteous. I felt like this hotel has made extra efforts to prevent problems with bedbugs such as no carpeting and vinyl covering on the bottom mattress and desk chair that could be wiped off. This kind of peace of mind is very helpful!
The hotel is close to the main road so you can hear some traffic, but the access is convenient.

The lighting in the room was not very good. Two different type bulbs were used and both should have been daylight bulbs to brighten the room. When we went to eat breakfast the pancake machine was not working. Stated the belt needed changing after so many times it was used. This should have been checked before breakfast was started. The staff was very nice and helpful during the stay.

Sorry to hear about the troubles during your stay. We do use these surveys as a tool to make things better for the next guest. I am sorry to hear about the pancake machine, unfortunately, it's like ink toner, the machine stops working after making so many pancakes. Our staff relies on the machine to give us the error code. I do apologize, with today's technology you would think there was a better way. We appreciate your business.
The facility was very clean, bright, and handicap accessible, which was necessary for my husband. The staff, on all shifts, were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning of our stay. We would most certainly stay here again.

My room was clean. I liked the decor. Loved the pillows!
Breakfast was okay... nothing to brag about.
I thought the room is as too expensive for Cleveland, Tennessee.
I would expect to pay $200+ in a major city.
So, overall, hotel was okay, but price was disappointing.

Slept W - Thank you for your review. As you can imagine smaller cities incur the same costs as the larger hotels in the larger cities so being in a major city doesn't always indicate the cost of a hotel stay. I wish I had better news but the cost of a 99.00 hotel is in our rearview mirror.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Room was very clean and roomy and perfect for our needs. We were late getting down to breakfast and the employee who worked the buffet (lady from NY) offered to get a togo box of anything we wanted. She boxed up some cinnamon rolls which were delicious!

Great for a stop through on a road trip. Staff was excellent. But the walls in the room are very thin, could hear everything in the hallway

Jessica, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the walls....I was not part of the building process many years ago when the hotel was built, however, I do find that a lot in hotels. I can see we are not much different when it pertains to that, I do apologize.
Newly renovated , it is very clean, workers young /new .
Carpets removed the floor is bare and cold …..needed a rug at the larger bed side.

Emma, thank you for your review. I am sorry we did not have a carpet in the guest rooms. I believe many hotels are now going with no carpet as they go through renovations.
Hotel was nice. Staff was nice. Expedia ruined my check in and I had to wait for 30 min for them to figure it out. We only planned on being there for 7 hours anyway just to rest

Thank you for sharing your experience. Unfortunately, the hotel isn't responsible for any issues Expedia has caused you.
They only had 3 towels/ wash cloths in the bathroom for a room that slept 6. And we reserved the room for 4 so that was annoying. No extra linens for the pullout sofa in the room but at least it was comfortable. Also had only one person working the whole place at 9pm so customer service was lacking although the young lady working was nice.

Yes, we place the amount of linens in the room bases on what is required by the brand standard regardless of what the amount of guests are in your party as this varies by guest, so to keep it consistent with the staff cleaning your room that is what we place in the room. I do apologize for the inconvenience but we always have extras available to meet the guest needs. We do not keep linens for sofa sleepers in the room for a couple of reasons again, apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for staying with us.
Amazing place. Very clean and everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sheets on the bed were so soft. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front staff when we checked in was very friendly. The kitchen staff were amazing and looked after everybody. It was new and clean. It was the front desk staff upon check out that was unfriendly and did not say a word when I checked out on May 26 (Friday). Should get better training when it comes to customer service.
Love it overall and would go there again.

We are just traveling through heading back to Missouri from Florida for vacation. The hotel looks like it is getting updates and improvements. Our only complaints would be our bathroom door looks to have water damage and our room smelled musty.
Also, we used the pull out couch and it was very noisy and the mattress was in bad shape. It sunk bad and my older kids that slept on it did not sleep well. I think next time, we would get a second room if we needed to do this again.
The staff were all very friendly, especially Cathy in the breakfast area. She was so kind and made us feel like we were in her kitchen, even when she was the only one working and running around like crazy!
