Property is showing its age. Roo was clean and comfortable but the TV didn't work. Phoned front desk and they just said system was not working. Breakfast was good for this level property. Bathroom was very small but nice and clean.
Check in: it took awhile to check in, even though I was helped right away. It was very late at night and she was very nice. When I was done, I moved the car to a parking spot and was asked to come back to the office to swipe the card because she forgot to.
The room was clean and warm. I took a shower in the morning and it was not draining at all. So I found myself in a pool of water and I was not about to give my toddler a bath this tub. Front desk offered to send someone but I figured it is easier to finish our drive home and give him a bath there.
The carpet needs to be replaced in room 110! It was really disgusting. Looks like a lot of the hotel has been updated. If that much is being charged for a night’s stay, it should be a pleasant experience.
I didn't like the service at the front desk. Also didn't appreciate finding a roach in the bathroom. Hotel is close to dinning places which is a good thing that's why I'll give them 3 stars.

Coffee was very weak, therefore did not eat the breakfast...had bug in bathroom..could have used another couple of towels...big cockroach outside....

My room was like under cover dirty . Smelled like smoke and dirty clothes and dirty dogs . Stains on the covers and floors . And finger prints on the head boards and tables . A box of hot pockets behind fridge on the floor from the last people there . And they gave me a 0 balance receipt that had no information on the 100 dollar hold that I still have not received.

Thank you for your feedback. You reserved and stayed in smoking room. So obviously there will be smoke smell in room. Since you reserved through Expedia and paid to them and hence you got 0 balance receipt. We release the hold on card on same day and after that it take about 5-7 business days to reflect on your side, it depends on Bank or Credit card company. We will talk to appropriate department for your concerns/issues brought to our attention.
I was hesitant with the score, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom cleaner than many more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was good and plentiful. This is a diamond in the rough.

I was very shocked when the gentleman said he needed $100.00 deposit. The room didnt cost that much. California, Hawaii, Las Vegas - never paid that much! On a good note, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I stayed one night and the hotel was good and had a nice stay but I didn’t realize that I was getting a $100 charge on my card for incidentals on top of paying for the room. It’s gonna take 5 business days to get my money back and im not happy about that. Now im out $100 for 5 days till it’s put back in. I think they need to be very upfront about the $100 because I was only told that they needed a card to put on hold in case of incidentals not that they charged it and it would take 5 days to get it back.

Thank you for staying with us. Let me assure you that hotel required 100 deposit and it has been published on websites. We hold the money on card and get released very next day. Unfortunately credit card companies are taking 4-5 days to put back on the card but that is not in our hand.
