The season will progress to summer, the water will be warmer.Concerning you experience with the Spa, it important to specify that it was full, however you are right: you need to be welcome.We will see what happened, because it does not reflect the quality of service we offer to our guests.In any case, we regret you did not enjoy your stay at Everness, we hope you will give us, someday, another chance.Have a good day, The Management Team

Dear customer, First of all, I am afraid I will have to answer in english for a better understanding.Really sorry our Hotel & Resort did not meet your expectations. However, let me come back to some points you mentionned:* We do have a seasonal pool, not heating during the winter time, and specified on all websites* We do have a wellness, sauna, hamam, outside bathes, aswell as a beauty institute (on reservation prior to your arrival or directly on site).* The rooms are not all connected. If you are a family, we will do our best to assign a family room. As you can see on the different room types offered, you have a certain choice.One more time, we are sad you did not like Everness, and hope that some day, you will come back to discover a real beautiful place called "Resort".Kind regards, The Management Team
