I booked through on line. My family consisting of wife, a 22 years doughter and 13 year son came to chennai. The rececptionist age around 52, asked ID for each of the individual, I shown my Departmental ID, but he refused and asked to give other ID, so, I shown my Driving Id, My wife's driving Id, my daughter's Voters ID which saved in my mobile _its rejected by him. He compelsorily asked to produce my boy's Id. So I promised him that Aathar card copy would be downloaded and then produced to you. This conversation between us went about 40 minutes. Still that, my family members standing in front office. No staff, tell us to seated there. It took 40 minutes . No workers helped to transport luggages to checkin . All Rooms are in small

Abysmal
I booked for 3 persons to stay in this hotel for an excessive local price. Unfortunately one bed was available for 2 persons in the room to sleep on, the 3 rd person had to sleep on a mattress that was laid on floor and the room was only had a capacity for the 2 bed meaning we could not move around when the mattress was laid on the floor. This was not what I expected when I book this hotel especially for 42$/night. When I checked out I asked why we were given this 2 bed room ? the receptionist said we only have 2 bed rooms there is no rooms in the hotel to acomódate 3 beds as the are all 2 bed rooms. However, the advert didn’t mention this. The toilet was not clean and the noise from the street was terrible all night. The only positive thing was the breakfast but did not enjoy that much due to sleepless night.

Staffs was extremely unprofessional and we got non-AC room even if we booked an AC room . After a very long discussion, they provided a AC room! And the room is extremely different from what we saw online. Poor cleanliness and unprofessional staffs ! It was completely a hopeless stay

Very disappointing
I booked the hotel for my elderly parents and they were completely cheated out of it. First some staff asked for money, in spite of having received full payment. They took the money as well, but some other staff returned it. Second, they had to insist on the breakfast inclusion that was paid for as well. With reluctance they gave free breakfast. Thirdly, they were not given an executive room with a king size bed as clearly mentioned in the booking, instead they were given a room with twin bed with an insistence that, that was the executive room. People who take advantage of elders should feel ashamed of themselves. Very disappointing for the amount of money charged.

Ok, but cheaper ones in the area.
My room didn’t get cleaned/serviced once and the gym was only open for a few, inconvenient, hours per day (early morning or late afternoon). The buffet breakfast was good, but you don’t get it on the day you check out! My fan room was very hot despite me switching it constantly to the fullest. The shower also blocked and flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor.

サービス：最悪。エアコンありの部屋を予約したのに、エアコンなしの部屋に案内され変えてもらえない。部屋掃除をせず、ルームサービスを頼んでも1時間半後にようやく来る。 清潔さ：最悪。グレードにもよるが牢獄のような部屋。汚く小さいベッド。ゴキブリの子供が常に部屋にいる状態。

フロントに清掃するように毎日言っていたが４日中、２日はされていなかった。更に後で清掃に来たスタッフは明らかに不満そうだった。 また道路に面していてインド特有のクラクションのうるささに悩まされた。 ファンルームだったので窓が閉められなかった。 網戸ははまっているが蚊が多かった。 wifiは弱すぎて使えなかった。 中級ホテルと書かれているが、実際のサービスレベルは低い。 良い点は、駅まで近い事と朝のブッフェがまぁまぁだったこと。

DO NOT STAY HERE......you'll regret it
This hotel is horrible. First off, the pictures they have are not a good representation of what you really get. Old and dirty. I prepaid on hotels.com at $60 US Dollars. I get there and the rate is posted at $20. They then told me I needed to pay another $30 (2000 rupes) for a/c. Their posted rate for an a/c standard room is 1925 rupees for half board. So, they were trying to rip me off!!! My booking was for a/c already but refused to give me what I paid for and stuck me in this hot room with no air flow. The manager and employee at the desk had no concern for me or my comfort. They also tried to tell me my reservation was not a half board and did not want to honor my $4 voucher they gave me for dinner. My friends stayed at a much better hotel for cheaper very close by. Do that!

The room was good but the bathroom was so small we struggled to move around in it. The train station is close but that's about it. You will have to get a taxi/tuk tuk to go shopping. Breakfast is just ordinary if you curry you will be fine.

Selbst für indische Verhältnisse ist dieses hotel seinen Preis nicht wert und entspricht keinem mittelklasse hotel. hier würde man bessere budget Unterkünfte für weniger Geld finden. die Lage ist top. Das Frühstück schrecklich und sehr geringe Auswahl. die Hygiene lässt überall zu wünschen übrig, so war auch das Kopfkissen nicht frisch bezogen. zudem ist es sehr laut in der Gegend.

This hotel is good but basic accommodation. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, even on the same lane. Breakfast was basic Indian fare and toast, sometimes a hard boiled egg. They will give you one internet sign-in per person per day, which can be a headache if you have multiple devices. There is a very small gym with a treadmill, exercise bike and a hodgepodge of small dumbbells.

便利でフレンドリーなホテル
ロビーで水とお湯が自由に飲めます。 日本語が少し話せるスタッフの方もいて、フレンドリーな感じでした。 朝食のバイキングはインド料理がメインでしたが、満足度大です。

ホテル前の通りは交通が激しく、とにかくうるさい。23時前後から大分静かになるが、早朝5時前後から騒々しくなる。耳栓をして寝ていたが寝不足。それがなければ、特に問題はない。他のコメントにもあったが愛想の悪い受付がいるが、マネージャーではない。

Average hotel, good location
This is my second stay at Hotel Pandian. While the facilities are lacking, the staff is wonderfully friendly and accomodating. The Front Office Manager, Mr. Sudeesh Kumar is exceptionally accomodating and helpful and gave me a warm greeting every time he saw me. His office door was always open to me and he was ready to quickly remedy any issues I was having. The front desk staff is also very warm, friendly and helpful. The main issue about the hotel is that is is extremely noisy due to it's location. In addition, the housekeeping staff are also very noisy in the mornings. The quality of the rooms needs improvement and each of the rooms I have stayed in could do with a fresh coat of paint. Most importantly-New shower curtains please!! Also, having free wi-fi is wonderful but you must check in at the front desk and get a new login/password EVERY DAY. Why is this necessary? It's inconvenient to the guest and wastes time for the front desk staff each time they have to stop and log in another wi-fi usage. Why can't we just get one log in/password for the duration of the stay? Overall, I felt very welcomed by the staff upon my second visit to the hotel but the quality of the rooms and the excess noise makes me very hesitant to stay there again.

Not worthy of the money
I booked a king bed for my parents but when they arrived we got only standard double bed.Even after showing the booking confirmation the staff resisted on giving the king bed.

インド基準の値段設定で考えると、そこそこ良い値段がする割には、ホテル全体が古臭く感じ「この施設なら、もう少し安くても」と思ってしまいました。これはホテルの問題ではないかもしれませんが、予約の部屋タイプで、エグゼクティブ（Non/AC）とエグゼクティブと種類があり、後者は特に（ACあり）の表記は無かったですが、部屋写真にACが写っていたので、値段の高い後者を予約したのに、チェックインの際はNon/ACの部屋に案内され、ACありの部屋に変更をお願いしたら追加料金を取られたのが腑に落ちず、この件も有ったせいで、なんだか施設の割に高い印象を持ってしまいました。
