This was an A stay! June is so lovely, helpful and cooks a great breakfast! The entire place was clean, welcoming and delightful. My room was clean, super cute and functional too! The neighborhood was safe to walk in as a single female with restaurants just around the corner. Overall, an excellent experience and I would love to return! Thanks June for everything!

An excellent guest house. situated in a very nice neighbourhood that was just a short walk into the centre of Chester. The breakfast was really tasty and the room spotless. We had a lovely stay.

Good location, friendly host
We arrived late due to our incoming flight but host was most accomodating and helpful. Would stay again, great location for train station. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Very friendly and hospitable couple, This is the second time that I stayed there and they provided me with a room with easy accessibility which I really appreciated. I am a business traveller and staying at Ba Ba Guest House suits me very well. It will also suit normal visitors as the property is very close to the train station, the town centre and many many restaurants, bars and takeaways.

Three days in Chester
Service, convenience of location, food and cleanliness were all good. However, a big negative for someone of my age - a 73 year old asthmatic - was the two flights of extremely steep and narrow stairs, especially as no help was available with transporting our luggage to our room. Only this circumstance would prevent us from returning to a very pleasant guest house.

Hubby and I had a lovely 2 night break this Easter weekend. Owners were lovely and friendly and the room, cleanliness, breakfast was faultless. Would definitely stay again. We walked down the canal side and enjoyed drinks and into Chester. Lovely walk … thankyou !

Great Guest House
I would thoroughly recommend this Guest House. Very comfortable, clean and friendly. There's also free parking. Based in a lovely area just outside the City centre with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from - I was on my own, and felt very safe.

June and her partner were lovely and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Had a great sleep. Delicious breakfast and lots of choices. Would highly recommend and would stay again

Very clean and tidy rooms . Owner's are pleasant and helpful . Guest house has bars and restaurants in local vicinity with just a 15 minute walk to town centre .

A Mid-Week Break
A very enjoyable stay at Ba Ba Guest House where the staff were very friendly and implemented appropriate Codid-19 precautions and social distancing to keep everyone safe. A very nice room and a wide choice of breakfast options.

Guest house with great service
Stayed for 2 nights, the guest house was well maintained, clean, some low level traffic noise [I live in a cul-de-sac so noticeable to me] from the road at the front. I was going out early the first morning I was there the landlady offered to start breakfast 15 minutes early so I would be able to have it, and it was a good breakfast with plenty of choice. A 10 minute walk to the railway station, and a little longer to the city center. I was happy with my stay and would stay again.
