Hi Maria, Thank you for sharing your feedback, I am so sorry that there were aspects of your stay which let it down. Unfortunately during your stay we had a significant boiler failure which took some time to get sorted, this took a number of the team away from their areas of work to try and remedy as quickly as possible for our guests, I am sorry that this delayed responses to your queries. Nearly 50% of our bedrooms are located on the ground floor and had we been aware of your requirements would have ensure one of these rooms was allocated for you.
