Highly recommend
We had a great stay at Roseville B&B. Everything was perfect and we were made to feel at home from the very first time we spoke to Tracy and Jerry. They are amazing hosts, the house is amazing and the room so cosy. Breakfast was delicious too. If we could give 6* we would!!!

Perfect Stopover
We were going to Chester races and wanted to stay overnight. This B&B did not disappoint. In fact I’d go as far as to say it was a perfect choice. Close to racecourse, extremely clean and well fitted out and very stylish too. The hosts had thought of everything from chocolate biscuits to bedside sweets , diluting juice and a great info book on local restaurants with menus. Highlights were Location Crisp cotton sheets & towels Breakfast overlooking beautiful garden Very clean and comfortable …and of course the hosts themselves We have shared this with our friends who are local so they can recommend it too.

This was such a wonderful experience! My wife and I took a 17 day journey around GB and stayed in a ton of different places, and this was our absolute favorite. Tracy and Jerry were so incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast was really, really good with flexible options. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in Chester!

Just came back from a 3 night stay at Roseville Bed & Breakfast. Tracy and Jerry were fantastic hosts and nothing was a bother for them. They were very friendly and we were told treat the place like our own home. After our welcome cuppa and delicious home made cakes we had a look round. The accommodation was immaculate, fresh bedding and towels everyday. Complementary bottles of beer, wine and cans of pop in the room. The property itself is beautiful with a stunning garden area. Now let's talk about breakfast.. it was amazing! Full English with the best locally sourced ingredients, 10/10. Best sausages I have ever tasted, eggs cooked how you like to absolute perfection. Lots of fresh fruit salad, cereals and yogurts on offer as well. In conclusion Tracy and Jerry were the host's with the most and we would most definitely stay again. Thanks for making our weekend even better.

Absolutely wonderful!
My partner and I were away for the weekend visiting Chester, so we decided to stay at the B&B with it being within 10 minutes of the city centre. It was simply stunning. Our hosts Jerry and Tracy were lovely, from the get go they gave us a warm, friendly welcome, showing us around their beautiful home and showing us to our room. Their attention to detail was impeccable, from the initial text message we received when booking the room, to the complimentary bottles of wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks in our room, to the whole welcoming and ecclectic vibe of the house itself, we didnt want to leave. This was along with recommending us local places to see and providing us with details of local taxi services sets roseville apart from other chain hotels and bnbs. Very clean and presentable rooms, access to our own bathroom with fresh towels and robes provided. The breakfast was delicious also, with their being a selection of a continental style breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Followed by several cooked options, of which myself and my partner had the full English breakfast. This was delicious, with the added bonus of all ingredients being locally sourced. All in all we enjoyed our stay to say the least! Jerry and Tracy were great hosts and we shall be back in the future to book with them again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Highly recommended!!
Beautiful house, warm Welcome, stunning and very clean room / Bathroom with very generous complimentary refreshments in the room. Breakfast was so accommodating and my partners diet preferences were no trouble for them at all. Breakfast has a lovely array of options and all delicious. A real home from home and would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Also quiet location and in warmer months they have a stunning garden! Colder months a wonderful conservatory with a small bar. Close to chester i.e we went into town and the Zoo for the day.

Tasteful b&b!
Jerry and Tracy were very welcoming and the room was extremely comfortable with some nice little touches. When we first arrived we were invited to have tea and cake in the conservatory this was much appreciated after our long day out in nearby Chester. Great choice at breakfast and everything beautifully cooked and to our liking. Nothing was to much trouble would highly recommend.

We were very happy with everything about our stay. The Roseville B&B is an outstanding place to stay. Tracy and Jerry are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. And the Breakfast was top notch too. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Highly recommend - Exceptional
Without doubt one of the very best Bed and Breakfast's I have stayed at. Extremely friendly with a high end hotel feel. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to anyone I know coming the the area. Make sure you bring an appetite as the breakfast is superb.

Beautiful
Lovely stay comfy bed relaxing and welcoming. A proper home from home. Kids loved the chocolate and we enjoyed the complementary beer and wine. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We would just like to thank Gerry and Tracey for letting us stay in their beautiful home. It was so handy for Chester Zoo and the city centre. We were warmly greeted with a cup of tea, coffee and cake in the sun room . Our room was lovely with lots of complimentary goodies and we duly polished off the red and white wine,Cheers. The breakfast was 1st class we wanted for absolutely nothing. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Chester and would highly recommend the B & B . Lovely house and very comfy room, nicely presented and spotless room and bathroom. Great location, we walked into Chester (which is such a lovely place to walk around) along the greenway which was a really nice scenic route. Tracey is lovely and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was brilliant and we enjoyed the wine which was kindly provided in the fridge in our room :) Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Amazing B&B
My husband and I stayed over night at the Roseville B&B. from arriving to leaving we were made to feel welcome. The room was amazing, really clean and modern, the grounds were absolutely beautiful. we were greeted with tea and cakes, breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals and a choice of hot breakfast, full English, eggs salmon you name it you could have it. Fresh coffee and tea. I could go on and on. It is by far the best B&B I have stayed in, better than some 5 star hotels and very reasonable price too. Highly recommended, cant wait for summer, will definitely visit again and enjoy the gardens.

Fantastic B&B close to Chester
What a fantastic B&B. Jerry and Tracey were the perfect hosts, coffee and cake on arrival and a lovely room with beer wine fruit and sweets on tap (all part of the price). Breakfast was to die for and set us up for the day. It really was like staying with relatives (but better lol). Thank you for looking after us so well.

Friendly and welcoming B&B
We had a very nice stay at this lovely B&B. Tracy and Jerry were extremely welcoming, greeting us with tea and cake on arrival. The room was very comfortable. Our only concern was that the slightly noisy mini-fridge might keep us awake but in the end we were so tired that it wasn't an issue at all! Breakfast the following morning was delicious, made with locally-sourced products, and set us up well for our day at the zoo (which is only 10 minutes' drive away). We would certainly stay here again if back in the Chester area!
