It was better than I expected. The location was convenient, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The property was very clean - the lobby, room, and breakfast area. The room was well maintained, with newer carpet, tile, and decor. The bed was comfortable. Just be sure to ask for a room other than 111. It is right off the lobby directly across from the breakfast area.

I was very pleased with my stay. The continental breakfast was better then any hotel I've stayed at. I will be traveling to Chester a lot this will definitely be my hotel choice.

My husband thought the bed was very comfortable and slept well. Very accommodating when we had issue with television remote. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great!
It was an excellent hotel for our 1 night stay. Mulitple nights would be fine also. Room was clean and very large. Bed was also very comfortable. They had a breakfast that was better than most hotels.

Be aware, this is NOT a pet friendly place. Expedia says it is. However the wonderful saff people there called me early in the morning to let me know and even suggested another area where i could look. Awesome staff!

Paid a astronomical amount to stay here! Laundry was broken (I travel for work). Advertised outside pool, which was slime green and clearly had not been used for awhile. Staff was amazing! Just dont recommended the property.

My weekend in Chester
I enjoyed my stay at the Chester branch. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were great (very comfortable) and it was far enough from the main road that it was extremely quiet. My one complaint would be the need for a better selection at breakfast. The pancake machine only worked one of the days I was there and the coffee machine was broken too on the regular side, thankfully I drink decaf. Overall it was a very good stay.

I had an issue with the TV screen frozen and was not able to enjoy the use of the TV, before going to sleep. Mentioned it to the front desk, said they would look into this, but was not fixed. Also, notice they did not refresh the room for my second day stay. Reused towels.

Made reservation at this hotel because it stated they had a pool and breakfast. Received notification from them that the pool was not open because it was being repaired. I asked to cancel they said NO refund. Ok went anyway even though it was out of the way but didnt want to lose the money. Get to the hotel and no hot breakfast, coffee or juice. The water was bad and there was a notice that you couldn't drink the water. No notification prior to arrival and no discount. But i did have a good nights sleep!

regarding the water it was a city wide boil order so i apologize for the city but we do offer bottle water for free at front desk . and regarding the pool its a outdoor seasonal pool.

I like the location of this property. What I didn't like is that our room smelled of urine. Perhaps it's time to shampoo the carpets. Also, the usual coffee creamers were not available.

I love that this hotel is in Chester. It makes it more convenient when visiting family. The pool was still closed, although it looked like it was fine. Breakfast options were very limited.

There were bedbugs. I've stayed here before and not had a problem. I got eaten up. When I told Sherry at the desk, she said she couldn't help me, that only management could and I'd have to call tomorrow. I'm standing in the lobby, all bit up, and no management is available? Very poor management indeed to not have anyone available to assist. Oh, and the pool pump broke, so the pool wasn't available either, which happened before I realized there were bedbugs. Very disappointed.
