We have been doign express check out to assist all guests with an easy check out and instructions are being given to all guest at check in to call to the front desk to check out and all keys are welcome to stay in the guest room. As the renovation is a huge undertaking including with the staff this is the reasoning for this process and therefore any quest bringing keys down may or may not have followed instructions. Thank you for your review. Based on the information provided we did not see that you did in fact reserve an ADA room which would have been able to meet your stay needs. We strongly urge guest that when they are booking with a third party to contact the hotel directly to ensure that the room that was booked is in fact what you are needing, especially with this type of request. Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your time. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not enjoyable. After further review we the management team did take a look at the carpet on a scale rating of 1-10, 10 being dirty it was concluded that the carpet was roughly a 3-4 and therefore was not dimmable to provide a full refund and was cleaned with mild efforts. We however did not book the designated pet room as this was done with a third party which the guest selected and had no control over it. The phone issue as was reviewed and there was a phone in the room however it was unplugged for some reason. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience however the issues were moderate, and all resolved as according to hotel regular maintenance and cleaning. No refund will be provided at this time.
