An amazing boutique hotel in Chiang Mai! The owner is the friendliest and the location is simply amazing. The location is tucked into a quiet street in central old city Chiang Mai. You are a ~1-2 minute walk to both a beautiful temple, numerous restaurants, and a 7-11 for any travel needs. You can’t go wrong by staying here!

Quiet, peaceful, and clean, bed & breakfast with fantastic host. Bed is comfortable, sheets and pillows,etc., fresh and clean. AC works great and plenty of hot water. Fantastic location. Very nice neighborhood. Within walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants.

The owner of the property, Ahn, is an extremely kind, helpful, and hands-on host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and responded immediately to every question and request we had. From providing us ice packs to sooth sore muscles, to helping me fix a broken piece of my motorbike, to giving us more pillows, to calling a taxi for our ride to the airport, Ahn met every need and request we had. Additional nice touches include a beautiful garden, complimentary fruit always available in the kitchen, a kitchen area where you can heat up leftovers in the microwave, and a great cleaning crew that kept our room spotless, cleaning our room and making our bed everyday. Ing works long hours to keep the entire place looking spotless. Please give her a generous tip for her hard work! She deserves it, as you will see. Also, the location is great because you can easily walk to many great restaurants, cafes, temples, etc. And it's on a relatively quiet street, so there isn't much street noise at night. The AC worked well, the fridge was great, and the bed was comfortable (on the firm side). We appreciated the geckos hanging out on the ceilings outside of our room, the bird songs, the night frogs in the garden, and the faint sound of the monks chanting at nearby Wat Chedi Luang every morning. We stayed for 2 weeks and were sad to leave this terrific, friendly, convenient guesthouse in the heart of old Chiang Mai. Thanks Ahn and Ing for all of your hospitality and kindess!

What a great stay!! Aun, the host, was incredible and very accommodating. The room was very cozy and quiet, which was fantastic because as soon as you exit this side street onto the main roads, there is a lot of noise! But this hotel was a very relaxing stay and very close to everything that you would like to go to within walking distance. Highly recommend booking and lodging here!!

Really cute spot just steps away from the Sunday night market, and all the restaurants on Prapokkloa Rd. Or take a right when leaving, and there are two other really great spots: Rambutan and Pure Vegan. Safe, quiet, charming, and convenient.

Great Spot
This is a clean and quiet place with a great host, good wifi and AC, and proximity to all of the attraction in the old city (and outside). Great value overall.

This simple unassuming lodging has everything I wanted: perfect location, lots of light in the room, quiet, outside balcony area, breakfast area, helpful and sweet staff…I extended my staff for a month!

Nous sommes restées 7 nuit au Sabuy et nous avons passé un excellent séjour pendant le festival Yipeng. Les hôtes sont très gentils et attentionnés, le déjeuner que nous avions de compris excellent et copieux. je recommanderais fortement cet endroit à quiconque voudrait passer un séjour dans un endroit propre, tranquille et agréable. La propriétaire nous a même rapporté au terminus de bus un sac oublié à l’hôtel. We stayed 7 nights at the Sabuy. We had an excellent stay, and the owners are really really nice. The breakfeast was included in our price and we never regret it ! It was each day fresh and delicious. I strongly recommand this hotel at anyone who want to stay in a quiet place where your feel at home. The beds are new, and the owners are working hard these day to improve the comfort of their B&B. The last day we forgot a bag at the hotel and the owner bring it back it to us at the bus terminal ! thanks again !

服务很不满意，预定的是双人房，到酒店却给个大床房，还说是我们到晚所以没有双床房了。地点很方便，酒店没照片漂亮，门前的过道里居然搭了个帐篷，住着人，吓死本宝了。

地點佳，床好睡，環境整潔。
巷口就是周日夜市，巷口右轉就有7-11，7-11對面就是著名的柴迪龍寺，地點佳。 被升等為高級房，空間大，多了沙發及桌子，很舒適。服務人員也十分親切喔！
