다시 묵고 싶은 호텔
방음이 잘 안되고 tv가 오래됐고 방이 적지만 천장이 높아서 답답하진 않았어요. 그리고 이모든것을 커버 할만큼 분위기와 인테리어가 좋았어요. 음식과 서비스도 최고 이었습니다. 위치도 끝내 줍니다

2일 숙박함. 2층이었는데 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐들고 오르락내리락하기는 조금 힘들었음 체크인할 때야 직원이 도와주지만 체크아웃할 때는ㅜㅜ.. 젊은 사람들은 괜찮지만 엄마랑 가서 그런가 계단 오르내리기 힘들어하심. 부모님이랑 간다면 1층으로! 수영장뷰는 좋은데 어차피 수영도 안해서 1층에서 사진 찍어도 될 것 같음 이색적인 분위기 좋았고 직원들의 친절도는 최고. 다만 호텔 컨디션은 4성급이라기에는 많이 아쉬움 좁은 방.. tv 시청하는데 조작해야할게 많음 그리고 화장실 휴지통도 망가져서 결국 손으로 뚜껑을 열어야했고.. 물때도 약간... 무엇보다 불편했던건 청소한다고 언제 나가냐고 문두드린거.. 지금까지 많은 호텔 써봤지만 이렇게 아직 방을 나가지도 않았고 청소해달라 푯말을 걸어둔 것도 아닌데 청소해야하는데 몇시에 외출하냐고 문두드리며 물어본 곳은 여기가 처음임 호캉스 하시려는 분들은 다른 곳 추천.. 위치는 선데이마켓 끝지점이라 타패게이트에서 쭉 구경하며 오면 호텔이라 좋음 조식 매우매우매우 맛없음 별로임 하루는 일찍 먹고 하루는 중간에 먹었는데 6시번부터 10시반까지 조식시간인데 언제가든 먹을게 별로 없었음 종류자체가 적음. 깔아놓은 음식은 별로 없고 주문할수있는 요리 몇가지있는데 그 와중에 안되는 것도 있고.. 식당도 작고 과일도 몇개 없고 진짜 먹을게 없음 오죽했으면 조식포함안하고 나가서 먹을걸 엄청 후회함.. 과일도 파파야. 수박. 멜론? 3가지 밖에 없음 2일내내ㅋㅋ 디저트도 케이크 한 2가지? 빵도 종류 거의없고.. 음료도 주문해야주는데 맛이 없음ㅜㅜ 로비 직원들은 너무 친절해서 좋았는데 다른부분들이 다 아쉬움... 아 수압도 약함.. 사진을 올리고 싶은데 안올라가네 여튼 굳이 간다면 수영장을 이용해보시고(나는 안했음 이용하는 사람도 못봄 하지만 이용해보셈) 1층으로 가세요 2층보다 여행의 질이 나아질거라 생각함

위치도 그렇고, 호텔 자체도 그렇고 추천하지 않을 이유가 없는 곳입니다. 시세에 비해 비싼 가격이지만, VIP 쿠폰으로 식사도 이용 가능하고.. 로비에서 상시 샌드위치나 물 음료 등 제공됩니다. 직원분들 서비스도 굉장히 좋았습니다. 자전거도 무료 대여해주시는데, 너무 더운 날씨에 이용은 못해봤네요. 수영장도 예쁘고... 위치도 너무 좋고.. 재방문 의사 있습니다 !!!

Great location, excellent staffs
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, the location was great right in front of the temple in the old city. Staffs were very helpful and gave the warmest hospitality. Breakfast was great, and free refreshments and coffee were provided in the lobby all day for guests. One thing, the pool is very small and shallow suitable for kids not for adults. The room on the first floor with a pool view is recommended.

AMAZING!! What an absolutely stunning hotel- it is just as beautiful as the pictures. There are also so many amenities at the hotel. Free ice cream and snacks in the lobby, free weekend cooking classes, weekly guest entertainment classes, beautiful breakfasts! The staff was wonderful, there was nothing not to like. Everything was amazing.

Very nice hotel, the staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and had many different options including lots of fruit. The only problem was that the shower fluctuated in temperature quite a bit but it's probably because it's a retrofitted building. Overally highly recommend staying here!

I would give this hotel 6 stars if possible. Beautiful boutique courtyard hotel with amazing staff, wonderful breakfasts, free "extras" and so convenient to Old town Chiang Mai sights. A plus.

Again a lovely stay
My second stay at this hotel - and again a great one. The best staff all over - and thank you for the cake and gift on my birthday. Good breakfast - lots of choices (good coffee). A big thank you to the very serviceminded girl and the "egg-man" every morning. I'm looking forward to my next visit :-)

An incredible hotel in Chiang Mai. Beer and his staff were all so kind, and made us feel like we were at home during our stay. Property is in a perfect location as well. Would recommend this to anyone visiting chiang mai!

I'm unsure what the VIP access includes but we got a welcome snack and drink. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and everything was clean and well maintained.

99 The Heritage Hotel is an excellent boutique hotel. The reception staff were very very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant, quiet, and welcoming. The decor of the entire hotel was tasteful and the room was very comfortable and attractive. The small pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot afternoon (which is every afternoon). The only reason for my not giving the highest ratings was the limitations on services and amenities (no restaurant for dinner, the workout rooms were modest, and no a/c outside of the bedrooms). I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return.

Was very very happy with this hotel. The staff were amazing from the start and the hotel is a little bit of perfection. Small and well looked after. It really takes you back to another age. Every little thing is well thought and planned. The shower is one of the best in any hotel I’ve stayed in, which is often overlooked. I would come and stay again in a heartbeat.

Hotel located on a Main Street facing a temple , lots of coffee cafe & places to eat , Oasis spa is 3 min walk , Sunday Night market is 2 min walk . Hotel as in photos , very clean & bright , staff incredibly nice& helpful with organizing our day trips , especially Ms Yui the receptionist . We stayed for a week and we will be back next year to stay at this wonderful hotel

Comfort colonial style in old city
We stayed 9 days over songkran and was in a fantastic position for this (free waterpistols on the start of this! - its located just at end of sunday walking market (many little restaurants in area) and across the road from wat phra singh (the procession ended here) - had a balcony room overlooking. Walking distance most old city wats and sites or short tuk tuk. Air-con was great, staff very polite and obliging, great breakfast and pretty good lunch options. We has heritage balcony (was relatively espensive but for the comfort and location worth it in my view). Very good welcome late night. easy pickup location for tours (if not just say wat prah singh) . Very old colonial feel well done - if you want a bit of comfort and nice escape at end of long tour, food or exploring days this is ideal. Even had netflix and lots thai tv! The hotel put on trad dancing for festival for free with drinks (great selection) and finger food - very grateful.
