외관은 정말 화려하고 이쁘고 사진찍고싶은 이 가격선에서 최고에 호텔이다 무료음식과 음료도 항시 제공된다 위치도 나쁘지 않다 다만 곅실 내부는 쓰레기다 더럽고 좁고 위생상태도 나쁘다 이불에 정액인지 뭔지 모를게 잔뜩 묻어서 굳어 있엇다 어떻게 외부와 내부가 이렇게 다를수있을까

Cheerful guesthouse
At the time of my stay (Dec 2023) one of the buildings was being rebuilt. This meant that there was construction noise during the day and no breakfast service. This is more of a guesthouse than a hotel. Some great features if that's your style, e.g. free instant coffee at reception and a fridge with beer and soft drinks sold for cash at only a small mark -up from supermarket prices. The swimming pool is about 15m x 5m, so ok for kids to splash around. My room was a little basic but had all necessary features including AC. Water provided daily (2x 500ml bottles). The outside space has plenty of plants. This was the only place in my visit to northern Thailand where I was troubled by mosquitoes, so I suspect the plants attract them. The location is excellent, 3-5 mins walk from Tha Pae Gate and Loi Kroh Road. If not for the construction work, it would be quiet. There are many hotels and guesthouses in this area, some of which are more modern than this.

Petit hôtel dans une ruelle, pas directement sur la grande route. Entrée extérieure très jolie avec différents fauteuils. Petite mais jolie piscine qui nous a sauvée pendant notre séjour de 3 nuits dans des chambres sans clim et sens frigo (juste le ventilateur). Prix des chambres avec clim : le double et pas moyen de négocier !! Sinon lavage du linge, impeccable. Personnel pas trop impliqué ...

This is more a B&B than a hotel and therefore relatively expensive. Staff friendly and helpful; Close to old city centre; Bars, shops and a small supermarket (seven eleven) nearby. Larger supermarket is 15 min drive away. We felt safe walking back at night from the bars. Room is very basic, no kettle or coffee maker; Bathroom has shower curtain, low water pressure; bed is very firm, poor pillows. Also note there is no lift so if your room is on the 3rd floor, carrying 22kg suitcases up is a good exercise. Breakfast is across the road, but we did not use it. Parking is very limited. A rooster of one of the neighbours wakes you up in the morning at 6am Also, there is big gap between the door (leading to the balcony) and the doorframe, letting in mosquitoes at night

It is a quite area on a small streer. Close to pharmacy, Starbucks and restaurants. The front lobby area is small but nice. If you are not a smoker and ther is one out smoking you are in trouble like myself since I have asthma. The room that I paid extra for an upgrade since it has air conditioner unit on the 1st floor do not have a nice view and you will hear a waterpump all day/night if yor are not a light sleeper you will be fine. Just keep the curtains closed. It is a sored eyes room 110. FYI, the hot water has a reset button on the bottom inside this machine which I had no idea since they just show me the room and gave me the key with no explanation. I took cool shower for 3 nights. I just thought they ran out of hot water or the hot water pump is not working properly. Anyway just ask the front desk when you don't have any warm or hot water or anything else that may not be working in your room.

我3人住在地面層，設施比較舊，厠所洗臉盆去水位會漏水，冲厠水另我好煩惱，每次使用完都難冲走，要等水滿再冲，要冲3-4次先冲完，早餐…不難食，但會送去房內食，但房間是沒有枱的，她們會帶一張類似可放在床上的枱仔，但我是3人喔，一張床上枱仔放了3盒餐，感覺不好，出面街餐廳多，早餐是好選擇，所以住6天只食了2天早餐，房內設施都係舊，電制插蘇座是普通要自備轉換，位置放便，行出去轉左就可到古城，轉右行一段路可到一個夜市。當然1分價錢一分貨。

上階に宿泊させられたがエレベーターが無かった、重い荷物持ちには苦痛。室内アメニティもミニボトルのボディソープとシャンプーのみ、その他は何もない。室内備え付けのセーフティボックスも無かった。タオルはフェイスタオルはなし、朝食も無し。駐車場もなくバイクレンタルをしてもホテル前へ路上駐車で良いとのこと・・・。部屋に友人を呼ぶことも禁止だと言う、もし呼びたければ宿泊期間通して１名のみ当人のIDカードを提示して登録してからでないと許可しないだと？このサービス設備で１泊1000Bはありえないね。プールも寒くて利用しなかった。

The owners are so helpful with everything. They made phone calls in Thai for me, made certain my laundry was delivered, arranged transportation to the airport, made certain I had plenty of water bottles, cleaned the room beautifully. Everyone was so kind and generous. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, nail salons etc. Very walkable and safe.

Hôtel très bien situé à côté des marchés, de la vieille ville. Rue calme. Piscine agréable et fraîche. Chambre un peu étroite pour 3 personnes. Personnel agréable Petit bémol ils prennent les touristes pour des vaches à lait. Exemple petit déjeuner on ne prend pas de viande on demande une tranche de pain supplémentaire 30bat. Nous avons tâché le drap avec un t-shirt Ils ont même pas essayé de le laver et ils ont demandé 500bat.

cheap and cheerful stay in great location
Great location just outside old city, good for first-time visit to Chiang Mai, walkable to everything. Western breakfast included across the street was simple but delicious. Entrance to the hotel has a beautiful garden, snacks and water provided. Pool is also nice but it gets too cold to encourage swimming. Rooms are very basic but clean. Overall simple hotel, pleasant stay, would recommend - great value.

Les alentours sont très sympas, à proximité de la thrapae gate et de restaurants. Il y a une grande piscine et un bon petit déjeuner. Par contre gros bémol sur la chambre : lit pas confortable, couette trop légère et pas assez grande, pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Un peu déçue de l’hotel

Buen hotel
Hotel acogedor, bien ubicado aunque la entrada es un callejon algo oscuro aunque bastante seguro. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, en recepcion hay agua y snacks gratis. Pegas, no tiene ascensor y el desayuno es tarde si haces excursiones.

L'accueil de cette Hôtel, est juste parfait, nous sommes arrivés à 6 h du matin, ayant notre chambre prévu à 14h, le maître de lieux nous as tout simplement accueilli avec un grand sourire du café et des fruits, nous voulions juste nous débarbouiller et faire garder nos bagages, Ils nous on finalement loger à 7h 30!! Seul bémol chambre vieillotte, mais avec eau chaude et froide et de la pression! Non négligeable, et surtout près de tout!!
