경제적이고 실용적인 콘도미니엄
전반적인 시설은 낡았지만 나름 깨끗하게 관리되고 있고, 침구류와 이불은 편안했어요. 다만 수건의 경우 추가로 요청시 1개당 10바트씩 비용을 지불해야 하고, 체크아웃시 일괄적으로 200바트의 청소비를 내야 합니다. 모터사이클이나 자동차가 있는 여행자는 상관이 없지만 그렇치 않은 경우 시내와 약간 거리가 있어서 불편할 수 도 있어요. 장기간 오래 거주하는 여행객에게는 저렴한 비용으로 편안하게 여행할 수 있는 좋은 숙박시설이라고 생각합니다.

コンドミニアムなので、多少は仕方ないと思いますが、こちらのチェックイン時間にまだ前のゲストが滞在しており、すごく困りました。大きな荷物を持って、掃除を待ち、結局入れたのは1時間後。前のゲストもチェックアウトは13時だと伝えられており、すごく困っていました。掃除の人も急いで掃除しないといけなかったので、バスマットは汚れたまま、交換せず忘れて帰ってしまいました。その旨をオーナーにメッセージして伝えましたが、音沙汰なしでした。Wi-Fiのパスワードにも問題あり。本来教えていただいたパスワードでは弱すぎて入らず、こちらを通じてメッセージを送ると、違うパスワードが送られてきて、やっと仕事を開始することが出来ました。ホテルの部屋は広くて、使い勝手のいい部屋だったので、対応だけが残念でした。一階のレストランは味が良く、ホテルの周りにフードフェスティバルのような場所もあり、そちらも色々なチェンマイのローカルフードが食べられ、よかったです。ハラルのお店も周りに多く、ソムタム専門店もありました。ただ大通りからホテルまでの道にはあまり何もなく、人通りも少ないので、女性一人とかでは絶対に歩かないように。グラブを使うべき。近くにヘルスセンターがあります。

第一次同仔女出遠門玩下 訂咗哩間房 見圖片 已經覺得唔錯 .但落機後去哩間公寓 辦唔到入住 . 睇番訂單原來話已經過咗辦工時間9:00AM- 5:00PM無得辦入住手續 . 而訂單有Hotels.com 當地同香港既熱線電話號碼.嘗試打當地 香港電話搵屋主同Hotels.com 求助. 都係聯絡唔到屋主 .而Hotels.com 又無人聽 ！當時係晚上7:30左右 最後我係要臨時book一晚酒店住.第二日在係辦工時間 辦理入住啦 點知又係無人 . 當時係中午12:30... 電話 同樣打電話比屋主 Hotels.com 都係無人聽！ 又係要 臨時 book番之後住既酒店 ！如果唔係 帶住小朋友 可以瞓邊！ 總知 我book咗咁多日既公寓 一晚都無住過 ！請屋主 退款比我 ！

I liked most of the convenience of check in and I appreciate the help offered through the manager. However, getting a hold of the manager was difficult, she had no office hours, and things came late. Cleaning only came once in an entire week so we were providing our own toilet paper, towels, soap, etc. So many things in the condo didn't work including lights, fridge, microwave, and water kettle. The room was cramped and unclean. Won't be going back

Run down condo with little maintenance
I would say i had a bad experience from. Check in to Check out. There is bugs or dust mites on the beds and my boy got a nasty skin rashes and toilet are not clean at all even they charged you Thb200 for clean up before you moved in. The air conditioning is not cold, i guess no gas and Room 515 is vacant with nobody or reception to ask from room keys. Transportation is ok with Grab but off from CBD areas. My recommendation is look for others near to Chiangmai airport. I believed they are not fit for charging hotel but hostel pricing.

Quiet spot
I was a bit apprehensive about booking after seeing some reviews, but we had a nice stay and would recommend this place. Communication with the PM was great; we exchanged several emails between my questions and our last minute travel changes. The bed was comfy, water hot, room clean, and building quiet. We wound up having to book an extra night in a different room and both were perfect for what we needed. There is a mini store downstairs selling eggs, fruits, veggies, and other basics. There is also a small restaurant where we had breakfast on the last day. We would definately stay again the next time we are in Chiang Mai.

キッチンまわりを掃除してほしい。
ここのコンドミニアムは2回目ですが、キッチン完備で快適にすごせます。 はじめにクリーン料金を２００B支払うのですが、キッチンまわりは掃除が行き届いてないので自分でする事に。。。 受付のスタッフに何を聞いても知らないと言われ、オーナーと電話のみ問い合わせになっていて、あのスタッフは何なのか？と思ってしまった。。 部屋は広くて日本のテレビも見れるのは良かった。

Guest was given refund for 1 night. Because of renovation just completed on balcony and maintenance worker did not close balcony window, dust entered room at night.

Tout d'abord, il est important de préciser que cet établissement n'est pas réellement un hôtel puisqu'il abrite des appartements disponibles à la location longue ou courte durée. Notre appartement était dans un bon état global même si la propreté laissait un peu à désirer tout comme certains éléments du mobilier abîmés. Le service n'est pas exceptionnel étant donné qu'il s'agit plutôt d'une copropriété. À la réception, vous ne pourrez que louer vélo, scooter ou demander un transfert taxi aéroport. Ils ne donnent pas d'informations concernant les attractions touristiques et sont peu informés sur ce qu'il est possible de faire à Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Malgré tout cela le prix est réellement compétitif.

i choose because it sell with ticket and area 40 m2 include kitchen. But old , dirty and smell. TV screen is not sharp. water spill out under refringe . smell bad on walk way . Elevator is slow and old . cleaning charge and location is not ok . car park not enough.

コンドミニアムと割り切って利用すれば快適です
ホテルでは無く、コンドミニアムである事を理解して宿泊してください。 ４日間の滞在でも、タオル交換・部屋の清掃はありませんでした。 （１滞在に付き、清掃代200バーツとの事で、支払いましたが） その代り、部屋には、冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・電気ポット・トースター・鍋・プライパン等調理器具、食器等が揃っており便利です。 繁華街からちょっと離れますが、車かバイクがあれば便利な場所です。 夜間は、入り口にカラオケがあったり、途中が暗かったりするので、遅い時間は、注意してください。 宿泊した部屋は快適でしたが、チェックインの際に予約内容と違う部屋のキーを渡されました。 抗議して部屋を交換してもらいましたが、予約前によく内容をチェックする事をお勧めします。

Poor place. Avoid if possible.
Hotel was very cheap. You did have to pay a 200 bhat for cleaning - which never happened once in the 7 days we stayed there. Really annoyed with that. We did ask for a towel to be replaced as it was wet, we had to ring the owner as the reception wasn't able to resolve our wet towel issue. The owner came and then charged us 20 bhat to change the towel. We were also unable to get any spare toilet tissue from the reception. Close by was a nice lively bar, which was full of locals but they were very welcoming. If you want to stay somewhere cheap then I'd advise you to go somewhere else. The air con was great, 28 inch TV was old but fine - remote control didn't work but I have one on my phone. Definitely stay elsewhere.

Be careful cheat extra charged each booking!
This property has cheating policy for clean room 200 THB. It showing on the booking that 200 per booking when checked in the reception will correct your money 200 for clean room with 200 key deposit. She said will clean every day infect not at all the next day she said no clean till I check out !! Terrible !!. The air condition has expired, very old and fully dust on it that mean never maintained along time the fan cooler more than it. Room facilities no drinking water, soap, shampoo with towel set up on the first day only no refill or change. If you stay 1 week I would like to inform you will be have the great experience and unforgettable experience along trip or your vacation. Have many to complain but I tried to write more Good luck.

Nice stay
Stayed for 10 days, a bit far from city center but with scooter only 5 minutes. Room was very big and comfortable. It is a condo not a hotel so room service was an additional cost.
