조용하고 너무 좋아요 방도 크고 금액에 비해서 정말 훌륭하다고 하다고 생각합니다 조금만 가면 나이트바자이고 좀더 걸어나가면 타패문이에요 그래서 접근성도 괜찮아요^^

バルコニーがある部屋を予約しましたが、実際は無く不便でした。スタッフの方は親切でした。 4階の部屋でした。エレベーターが無いのは仕方ないですが、予め記載して欲しかったです。

Sabai House was conveniently located to everything. Quiet and friendly staff. It's not fancy, but the location and cleanliness was well worth it. I would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. No elevator so if you have a hard time with stairs this is not a place for you.

Good Stay
Hotel was fine for the price range. The lady at the front desk is a bit of a character. Helped us book tours. Be sure to haggle for better prices than the brochures list. Everything was fine. You're right to the beach and the main drag.

This property offers great value for the money. The room was large and had good Wifi, TV, AC, and water heater (shower). The location makes it easy to walk to a number of points of interest (night bazaar, walking street, etc.). There are lots of good restaurants close by as well as laundry places. I don't think you can complain much given the price but here are a couple things to keep in mind. There is no elevator so you will need to carry your stuff up the stairs. The bathroom is a little small and they don't want you to flush toilet paper, you have to use the spray thing. Overall this hotel is a great budget option and worth considering.

Great place to stay!
This is my second time staying at Sabai House, and I highly recommend it. My room was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near many shops, restaurants, and the night bazaar.

ナイトバザールに近いホテルです。
チェックイン可能な時間に間に合っていたのに、フロントにスタッフがいませんでした。ホテルと言うよりはアパートのようでした。珍しく電子レンジがあったので使いたい人には良いのではないでしょうか。周辺は人気が無く少し怖かったです。

Good option in Chiang Mai
Great room, comfortable and clean. Nice, quiet location, my room had a large balcony at the top rear of the building looking towards Doi Suthep mountain which was a really nice bonus. Good location, easy to get into the central moat area on foot. Staff very friendly and helpful and gives the place a good atmosphere.

価格の割には部屋が広くて清潔。部屋には珍しくベランダがあります （ベランダがない部屋もあり）。ナイトバザールには歩いて5分程度で、場所的にも便利。 　　情報として不備な所を伝えますと、エレベータがないこととバスタブがなくシャワーだけのことですが、4階が最上階で、シャワー室も比較的広く特に不都合はありませんでした。

Not a great location. Mediocre service. Old bldg and interior. Large and clean rooms. Only 12 rooms at the facility across 4 floors + reception on ground floor. No elevator/lift was bothersome.

Fine on lower floors!
Good after the room was switched from the 4th floor! Without an elevator (no mention of this by Orbitz - shameful omission) I would not have stayed. Thailand has 13 step floor levels.

Not the worst place I've ever stayed
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The man who works in the early morning and the lady who works at night are great. Although they don't speak much English, they are friendly and greet you, and try to help you if you ask them. The young lady who was there when I checked in and seems to work in the mornings around 10am, was not friendly at all, and she never once acknowledged me at any time when I walked by. She always just kept staring down at her phone or paperwork, and when I asked her for assistance, she did not speak English. She did not make me feel welcome at all. None of the taxis know where this location is, even when you give them their business card. If you call the hotel, it does not ring to the front desk, but to a person somewhere else answering the phone. The room is very dusty and there are small bugs everywhere, although they keep a can of Raid insect spray right outside your room door for your convenience. You can't use the microwave provided because there are no outlets to move it to and plug into. When I unlocked one of the balcony doors, the lock broke off in my hand. When I went to open the shades, the handle broke off in my hand. There are large tears in the window screens. This place could use some maintenance. On the other hand, the location is excellent, the shower works well, the TV is good, the refrigerator in your room is large, and there is a washing sink on your private balcony for washing your dirty clothes and shoes.

Great location but that's it
Great locale but not much else. Close to the Night Bazaar and Warorot. The rooms are pretty dated. The person at check in was very sullen and barely spoke a word. The air conditioner works great but the bed was the hardest I've slept on in Thailand. Expect to hear scooters screaming by at 5am. The hotel is cheap so you can't expect much for the price.

Great location, comfortable room
Biggest bed I've ever seen!! Clean shower, good hot water system. Fridge, air conditioning, everything worked perfectly. 5mins walk to Night Bazaar, 10mins to Ta Phae Gate and Old Town. Good massage places and decent food on the same street!

Overnight in Chiang Mai
Had a great stay at sabai house. Room was spacious with ref, tv, microwave. Lots of english channels. Good location since walking distance to Phae gate but away from the tourist mill in the old town. Quiet place. Good place to rest and sleep

ナイトマーケットまで五分
バスターミナルからホテルまでモトサイで行ったがホテルの看板が小さくて見落としてしまい何度も行ったり来たり、ホテルの場所は 奥まったところじゃないのでいいと思います。近くにはランドリー、屋台等あるので便利なホテル。部屋も広かったのでまた来る機会があればとまりたい。

Nice hotel close to Night Bazaar and 10 min walk from city wall. Everything worked fine. Breakfast is not included, but there is a nice coffeeshop 50 meters to the North.

Lite og hyggelig familiedrevet hotell. Ikke spessielt frecht eller moderne, men her får du alt du trenger. Et rent rom med en god seng, aircon som virker, velfungerende bad. Vi bodde i 3 etg og det var ingen heis, men greit for oss. Ikke døgnbemannet resepsjon og kun en nøkkel til å komme inn igjen om kvelden, så dette krever jo litt samarbeid. Hyggelig balkong og gode muligheter for å få seg frokost rett utenfor døra. Vi kommer til å bruke dette hotellet igjen.

Nice in the centre of Chiang Mai, w/ lots of ideas
It's a guest house, meaning that toiletries etc will be provided, but food you will have to buy yourself (there is a big fridge and a kettle in the room). Fortunately, it's easy to get to both the night market and regular convenience stores. Should you not know what to do in Chiang Mai, both inside and outside are racks with brochures. There's also tourism centres, tailors and massage parlors just around the corner. Free WiFi, aircon and tv are provided. When you like to be self-reliant, but with soms local help and advice available when needed, this is a great venue for you.

Muito proximo ao centro , muito bem localizado o que estressou um pouco foi não ter elevador e isso é um transtorno quando se tem uma mala pesada , a recepção só funciona precario , não consegui saber o horario certo se era ate as 18 ou 20 hs solicitei um lencol porque estava quente pra endredon e não consegui recebe-lo .

Clean, quite, and very close to the night bazaar
if you have time go inside night bazaar after 6 pm to experience all kind of Thai food and cultural songs for free. The night market is only six minutes walk from this hotel. take right when you come out of the hotel, left at the big intersection, and left at Starbucks coffee shop

We got lucky with a corner room with a lot of windows and for us on a backpackers budget felt like a penthouse suit. Great A/C, Wi-Fi and water pressure. Overall great stay!!!

Great cosy place in the heart of Chiang Maiand
We have spent 5 days in the room on the top floor. The room had had everything we needed: a wardrobe, TV, fridge, coffee tray with fresh instant coffee and water every day, a table with a mirror, a fan, air-conditining and the nicest thing- big balcony with extra sink. The only minus for some people could be lack of lift, it wasn't for us. It felt like home, not like a hotel:) The cleaning was very diligent, service super nice and the location couldn't be better. It is not in the old town, but we found old town less lively then the nearest streets, although the hotel is not situated on a busy street. Perfect for us.

Really good location. Nice staff. Comfortable good size room if you don't mind stairs. I would stay there again. The staff are also good at getting you pre-booked taxis and anything else you might want assistance with.

Cheap, big, well equipped and located hotel
Considering the price point (~USD 14) of Sabai House, the 2 star hotel is an excellent hotel with big rooms, king size beds, good wifi, fridge, tv, kettle and even a safe and mircowave. Safe hotel too with tap cards for ground floor when the main doors are secured after about 8pm. Good location too, about 7mins walk to the night bazaar and yet quiet as it is away from the buzz of the night bazaar and pubs on Loi Kroh. Do note that there are no lift but not an issue since it's just 2 or 3 floors up. You must remember that it's a 2 star hotel and it's only USD 14 a night, so it's definitely not a negative. Small drawback was that there were no toothbrush and toothpaste, so just remember to bring them along.

Pas mal mais pourrait être mieux
La saison avait a peine commencé, présence minimale a l'accueil, parle pas ou très peu anglais. Ne correspondait ps au descriptif ou aux avis des clients. présence gentille mais sans utilité possible. Sans chaleur, confortable, surtout très bien situé.

Cozy and quiet budget hotel
Quick check in. Friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. Nice place within a short walk to night market, restaurants, etc. Staff were nice enough to let me have late checkout the day I left.

Great price, great location
The staff at the Sabai house were incredible; they were very accommodating. Neighborhood is great, less touristy right around there and very cheap. The small shopkeepers and vendors are always smiling.
