전체적으로 완벽하고 또가고싶은 숙소
숙소가 넓어서 편하게 사용했습니다, 방2개&화장실2개 그리고 큰거실이 있고 주방이 있어서 음식먹기도 너무 편했어요. 직원들도 너무 친절했고요. 수영장과 피트니스가 있어서 장기숙박도 괜찮을것 같았어요. 다만 수영장의 베드가 너무 더럽고 비치타월이 타월이아니라 걸레수준이였어서 제가 가져간것을 이용했습니다 이것만 해결되면 너무 완벽한곳이에요◡̈ 숙소 앞에서 파는 꼬치들 사먹었는데 맛있고 편의점도 앞에 있으니 참고하시고, 이동하는것도 불편하지 않았어요

추천드립니다. ^^
싼티탐에 머물면서 쾌적하게 머물수 있는 호텔입니다. 방이 아주 크고 시원시원해서 답답한 공간 싫어하시는 분이라면 너무 좋으실 거에요. 스텝들은 정말 친절하고 영어소통이 탁월해요. 풀도 관리가 잘 되는데, 서양인 가족들이 주로 사용하고 있어, 나홀로 여행자로서는 사용하기 좀 어색했어요. 오래전에 건축된 호텔이라, 수도꼭지가 빠져나온다던가, 소파쿠션이 오래된 느낌이라던ㄱㅏ하는 낡은 느낌이 좀 있지만, 침대와 시트는 참 좋았고...무엇보다 정말 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어요. 주변에 맛집이 많고, 로컬 시장도 가깝고, 까페도 많고..과일가게도 바로근처고, 라이브바도 있고....만족도가 아주 높았던 체류였습니다.

현지인을 경험할 수 있는 곳. 현지 지역임
가까운 곳에 시장이 야시장, 일반 시장이 있다 걸어서 15분쯤 ? 호텔의 외관이나, 나무들이 많은 것도 참 좋다. 스탭들도 영어도 잘 하고, 이만원대 중반 가격으로 전자레인지도, 냉장고도 컸다. 하지만 혹 4일 이내라면 반대이다. 짧은 시간 돌아다녀야 하는데, 콜 택시 부르는 것도 많이 기다려야 하고, 추가비용에, 그리고 올때 태국어가 안되니, 찾아오기 쉽지 않다. 하지만 10일 이상 거주에 태국인에게 잘 다가가서 주소 보여주며 셩태우를 겁내지 않으면, 집에 돌아왔을 때, 다른 호텔과 다른 편안함이 있을 것이다.

집같이 묵을 수 있는 곳이었다. 방과 거실이 매우 컸다. 혼자 묵기엔 아까운 크기. 다만 어메니티가 거의 없고 치앙마이 센터랑 거리가 조금 있어 어딜가든 교통수단이 반드시 필요하다는 것이 단점. 매일 나오는 조식과 작지만 작지만 귀여운 수영장 풀은 좋았다. 대부분의 스탭들이 친절하였다. It feels like a homey place - the room was spacious so it would be great for family visitors too. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the little bit cute pool. But the location and few amenities are the weak points of this hotel. Most of the staff were very kind and nice.

I found this property amazing for the value. I felt our hotel had all the amenities I needed - option for breakfast, swimming pool, A/C, bedsheets (this I found interesting as many hotels in Chiang Mai had "no bedsheets provided" in their description), options for massages and airport transport. The hot water was readily available and the A/C worked very well. The place was very clean. The people at reception including the owner were all very friendly and helpful. We ran into an issue of our hot water tank not heating up and the issue was fixed quickly. Being picked up from the airport was helpful and the owner gave us useful tips of nearby eating along the drive, along with knowing where the nearest 7-11 was. The hotel also offered tours with comparable pricing to other tour options and websites. I would have loved to be able to have extended my check out time as I had a late flight but was unable to. However it was still very helpful that I could leave as much of my luggage as I needed with them so I could still enjoy the day in Chiang Mai without worrying about my luggage.

The pool was pretty cold and the breakfast was small. But other than that this place was great. Bed was large and comfortable, location is near a lot of food and drink opportunities, located back off the main road just enough to be quiet, plenty of trees and plants add to the chilled out vibe. Die Bepflanzung im Außenbereich und der integrierte Frühstücksbereich ist wirklich schön. Ansonsten in die Jahre gekommen. Was wirklich verändert werden müsste ist, dass in der Dusche das Wasser abläuft. Die sanitären Armaturen und die Duschverglasung benötigen wirklich einer gründlichsten Reinigung. The staff is amazing and my room was nice but there are serious issues that will prevent me from returning. First the listing contains a number of false statements. The rooms are far from soundproof and there is a popular night club right behind the hotel. There is no spa, restaurant or bar. They also do not have luggage storage. We had 10 hours between when we checked out and our flight and they wanted to store our luggage in a hallway right nest to the elevator. The biggest concern i have is the lack of security. The lighting is poor in all common areas. There are no deadbolts or any type of actually security grade locks. They also use the scans of peoples ID and passports as scratch paper. I received several receipts with someone's ID printed on the back.

Solo Canadian traveler
The staff was very nice and helpful with anything I needed or any concern. The breakfast was really good and the ladies preparing it were awesome! The BEST coffee ever! And the cleaning people were also great. The location is pretty good if you want to enjoy the street food or get a massage. The scooters are annoying but you will find that anywhere here. The gym needs some repairs but still usable. All in all a great experience at the hotel. Thank you!

The staff was Excellent. It felt like a little tropical resort in the middle of the city. The cats were always friendly also. It could use some fixing up in the showers and the beds were too old. Other than that, excellent option for the price!

Not worth it
My stay here was just ok. One of the first nights I stayed here, a cockroach crawled across my bed as I was getting ready to go to sleep. I told the staff the next day and they were apologetic. A few days later, I saw a pest control truck which leads me to believe this wasn't an isolated incident. Pool chairs are coming apart, the linens were often frayed, my duvet even had a hole in it that was conveniently tucked into the bed to conceal it. The cafe nearby had a better breakfast for a similar price. I will say, the grounds are very attractive. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much. Room was basic but clean and had everything you need. Breakfast both Thai and western. Bed was bit too hard. Location is ok. 10 minutes from old town.

Not as nice as it seems from the pictures
The room wasn't ready until late in the day and they weren't very friendly or accommodating. There were no toiletries and the room was older and more run-down than expected from the pictures. The pool was undergoing construction and was dirty and small. Overall, this was a letdown.
