I have booked three nights for suite, the room itself looks gorgeous, however, it is facing the main road, and it is extremely noisy during the day and night. We requested to change into a quieter room in the second night, which at the end, only dulxe room (normal room in cheaper rate) available. We changed anyway, and the staff said we can get refund for the difference in price via the website we booked. I contacted hotels.com the same night in email and follow up with phone call, however up till today, I still haven't got any refund. I m not sure if it is because hotels.com or the hotel. Nevertheless I m disappointed to the whole experience here.
