Renovation of the sanitary facilities by the pool are due during the winter season as well as new lounges for the pool. Looking forward to having you back next season. Warmest regards

Good morning khite715, thank you for your review, we are sorry to read your disappointment, as explained during your stay the weather was in a transiction period, at the same time we had Guests asking for AC and some asking for heating, most unfortunately the system we have can work one or the other so that as per above we had to stop the machines trying to accommodated everyones needs, again sorry for this but it is not due to a lack of attention but to a technical situation We look forward to welcoming you back again to Tuscany soon trying to make you 100% happy Kind regards Fabio Datteroni Managing Director & General Manager & All the Staff Members
