Excellent stay at this property. Rooms and facilities were outstanding, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast included was fantastic. Location in town is not the best but quite close to the historic centre. Would happily stay here again.

Relais Della Rovere is a beautiful hotel, with comfortable, well appointed rooms and a lovely pool. The breakfast spread is really incredible, and having afternoon drinks around the pool was divine. Parking is easy, and it was a convenient location to the areas of Tuscany we were exploring. And the staff were helpful an very friendly!

Ho soggiornato due notti presso Relais della Rovere, accompagnata dalle mie cugine e in mio cane. Ho trovato la struttura impeccabile sia a livello di pulizia che di comfort. Mi è davvero piaciuto molto l'accoglienza per i cani, sono super dog Friendly, in camera abbiamo trovato ciotole e tappetini igienici. Grazie davvero per l'ospitalità

Var inte som på bilderna med rummet. Vi fick ett rum under jorden med små fönster så var instängt och mörkt tyvärr, trots att vi bad om ett fint rum innan. Vi fick sen byta och det blev då bättre.

The hotel is located next to a small village with a nice historic part of town which includes a number of great restaurants. Location is central only 20-30 minutes away from Florence and Siena. Hotel is super nice, fully up to date. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would come again and recommend it to our friends.

Great place for two days I
Two days stop to enjoy hotel life before heading in to country resort. Very friendly staff, great food in the restaurant, clean rooms and beautiful building. In a walking distance from Colle Val Di d’Elsa center if you don’t mind the hills.

Buona scelta vicino al bel parco dell'Elsa
Il Relais della Rovere e' un buon hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Le cose positive:camera con arredi nuovissimi di gran gusto,la struttura che e' molto bella,la vicinanza con il parco del fiume Elsa che puo' essere tranquillamente raggiunto a piedi dall'hotel La colazione non e' stata invece particolarmente piacevole in quanto dal buffet venivi servito da una signora con fare un po' sbrigativo e la scelta non era molto varia. La zona piscina inoltre risulta un po' trascurata Comunque complessivamente lo consiglio e ci ritornerei

Nice place and restaurant
Very nice and modern room as well as bathroom. The staff was very helpful, and the restaurant was a great experience. Overall, very positive!

This place is quite nice, however, we booked a junior suite with a bathtub in the picture. Upon arrival, there was no bathtub, however the bathroom was brand new and gorgeous. The place is clean and organized. However in our room our AC didn’t properly function. In result we needed a way to cool the room and the front desk was kind enough to get us a fan. We paid a lot of money to stay in the junior suit. The AC has to work. The restaurant was amazing and breakfast was fantastic. They charged us an arm and a leg to do wash laundry. After staying 2 days in a room with no air conditioning, the least they could have done is given us the laundry service complementary. But nothing. Overall, friendly staff and kind people. This place was fine if it wasn’t for the damaged air conditioning.

Beautiful setting. Great service.
The service and the setting were excellent. The breakfasts were very satisfying. The buildings are charming. It's helpful to have a car as the town is a 15 minute walk. Unfortunately, the bathrooms (we moved once) need a good deep-cleaning in the corners and lighting needs to be improved. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chianti Wine tour that they arranged and they were extremely helpful in requesting taxis for us.

Parfait pour visiter la Toscane
Hôtel très bien situé non loin de Florence, de Sienne et des villages à visiter. Parfait pour visiter en voiture la région d’autant que le parking de l’hôtel est vaste, gratuit et sécurisé. L’hôtel a été créé dans un ancien monastère restauré, les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Les chambres, bien qu’un peu vieillissantes surtout au niveau de la salle de bain, sont très calmes et grandes avec toutes les commodités et beaucoup de rangements pour ses vêtements. Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec des produis frais mais attention plutôt compter une fermeture à 9h30 car à partir de cette heure peu de réassort, un peu tôt ! Les deux points noirs de ce lieu : - la présence des moustiques trop importante surtout autour de la piscine qui devient vite un lieu où il est difficile de rester se reposer sans lotion. Il serait urgent de faire une démoustication régulière dans cet endroit pourtant magnifique avec une piscine très agréable. Nous y sommes juste allés pour se baigner car en même pas 1/4 h, 3 piqûres. - la réactivité du personnel pas toujours à la hauteur car nous avons signalé une fuite d’eau importante de la baignoire dès le 3ème jour de notre séjour et rien n’a été fait. Peut être l’avant dernier jour où la fuite semblait moins importante mais quoiqu’il en soit aucune communication à ce sujet. Néanmoins le personnel est très gentil. En conclusion : très bon hôtel bien placé dans un cadre magnifique qui vaut le coup en rapport qualité prix.

This place was a passage in time to life in the XI century but with "modern" bathrooms.It is a converted monestary with ties to Pope Julius II. While the bathrooms were fine, there was no stand up shower in our bathroom. Beautiful view to the courtyard and tree lined ancient buildings. Restaurant was fabulous and an entertaining menu of creative combinations run by the waiter and his wife the chef in the kitchen.

Beautiful grounds and great service!
Lovely hotel with a great swimming pool and beautiful grounds. Service was brilliant. Breakfast was great - lots of choice each morning. Restaurant food was tasty but a little pricey. The restaurant across the road had fantastic food and was very affordable - worth a visit although they are very busy and so service was very slow. Room was adequate if a little dated. Bathroom needs an upgrade. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything from the people next door. However the aircon kept the room cool and the bed and pillows were comfy. Would stay again!
