Details a little fuzzy! Some written info on Wi-Fi, breakfast, check out time etc. would have been helpful. We were told verbally but when you get a lot of info at check in, written backup would be nice.

The hotel has a dedicated Wifi 'concierge' system called Oscar which once you log in gives you info about the hotel, restuarants, palces to visit. Excellent & relaxing stay!
Excellent stay in a very lovely and clean villa in Tuscany! A quiet and lovely place to relax. Very nice staff, excellent service and good breakfast with a view! Rooms were spacious and clean. Also, a very nice pool & bar!

Appalling Service and terrible room!
I would take the positive reviews of this hotel with a significant pinch of salt, they are not to be believed. The bathroom was mouldy and there was a serious lack of detail to the cleaning. The water pressure made the shower barely useable. There was loud water running outside our bedroom window all night, we advised the owner with no response. The air conditioning in the room was very poor. The pool area has many smokers, and apparently regular guests are given priority on sun bed allocation. We booked six nights at a cost of over €1,000 and left after 3 it was that bad. The owner is rude and has very poor customer service skills. It’s very over priced and with avoiding.

A couple in Tuscany!
We loved our stay at this small inn outside of town. Great central location to tour Tuscany. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

Mi sono piaciute l'atmosfera della villa storica, diversa dal classico alloggio, la pace e la tranquillità della zona e la ricca colazione. Ci aspettavamo un patio nella camera superior, non trovandolo il personale si è reso disponibile a sostituire la nostra camera con una soluzione a noi gradita. L'unica nota poco positiva è stato il rumore delle sedie nella stanza della colazione posta sopra la nostra camera.

Great week
spent a week here. we were 2 couples. Great breakfast. Location just out of the town. Easy check in. We had push bikes for cycling the Tuscan hills. There was a secure garage to keep the bikes & other related bits & pieces. Staff very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again

Hotel lindo e ótimo café da manhã.
O hotel é maravilhoso, limpo, os quartos são bem grandes e bem decorados. O meu chuveiro não era muito bom, caia pouca água e fica difícil para lavar os cabelos. Ótimo hotel. Recomendadissimo!

Bom, porém esperava mais!!
O local é lindo, móveis de época, casarão estilo castelo no coração da toscana, porém o colchão, muito velho, caia para os lados, secador não funcionou, ar condicionado só esquentava, banheira com cortinas, precisa de mais atenção a esse detalhes que são simples de resolver, mas que causam grande inconveniente aos hóspedes. Os jardins são perfeitos. Café da manhã é bom. Espaço ótimo. Lençóis e toalhas limpos e bons. Bem próximo a Castelina. Não jantamos no local.

Wine,wine, everywhere wine!!!
We had a wonderful stay, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Franco was awesome he made sure he greeted everyone everyday and when it was time to leave he made sure to say goodbye. Beautiful town wonderful wineries everywhere and plenty of delicious restaurants. Drank lots of wine and ate too much.

Amazing, beautiful place!
This place is amazing! Franco, the owner, takes such good care of his guests and is there day and night making sure everyone's happy. This house has historical and family value to him so you can see the pride and joy he takes in sharing this place with others. Definitely coming back!!

Beautiful and peaceful
I have just returned from a long weekend with a group of girlfriends and would have no hesitation in returning to this lovely Tuscany hotel. It is set in a peaceful and semi rural location so a car is pretty essential if you want to get any where. I loved everything about this place and Franco and his staff were the perfect hosts.

Hotellet er svært sjarmerende. Ligger litt avsides til men med fantastiske omgivelser og utsikt. Vi bodde på bakkeplan( garden-room) med direkte utgang til hage. Skule gjerne blitt lengre og planlegger å dra tilbake og da ha det som base for sykling og turer i Chianti-dalen og Siena. UtroligAnbefales!

Ótima opção de hospedagem na região de Chianti!
Muito boa nossa estadia no Casalecchi. Quarto e banheiro muito bons, roupa de cama e toalhas ótimas. O melhor café da manhã que tivemos na Italia. Não tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar o restaurante, mas pelo cardápio, os preços não estavam fora do normal (para a Itália). Ótima localização, bem pertinho de Castellina. Os pontos negativos foram os travesseiros, e a área externa (piscina e restaurante/parte externa) que estavam mal cuidados. Mesmo o clima não estando bom para usar a piscina, fica uma impressão ruim quando não é bem cuidado. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Had a great stay. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful & really made us feel welcome. Located just south of town so it was very convenient. Watch carefully for sign on left as you leave town. There's a short drive on a dirt road that leads to the hotel. There are several patios on back, overlooking beautful scenery.

Hyggelig hotell inne i skogen.
Fantastisk hyggelig og flott hotell inne i skogen. God frokost. Svømmebassenget var deilig og omgivelsene fredelige. Eneste minus var en dårlig air-condition, noe som påvirket nattesøvnen når det til tider var nærmere 40 grader C ute.
