좋은 숙소
1905년에 지어진 빌라를 호텔로 사용 중입니다. 외관은 세심하게 관리되고 있지는 않은 것 같지만 침실은 저택의 품격을 갖추고 있습니다. 친절한 직원들과 정성스런 아침 식사도 인상적 입니다. 고려할 점은 그레베 시내외는 거리가 있어서 차량을 렌트하는 경우에 유용합니다.

A lovely villa in the heart of Tuscany
The facilities were great, including access to the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Parking on site. Villa is a 10 minute drive to two lovely Tuscan towns (Greve and Panzano). Would stay here again - it was so atmospheric!

Joli hotel de charme.
Hotel dans une grosse maison Toscane. Au bord dune route pas tres passante, mais tres calme. Jolie piscine. La patrone est tres sympa. Seul petit bemol: pas de clim ni de filet anti moustiques aux fenetres. Résultat on a pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres (ma copine se fait systatiquement devorer par les moustiques de 3km a la ronde!) donc on a eu chaud. Je suggere a la responsable de faire installer des stores anti moustiques, quon profite de la fraicheur de la nuit

jolie maison typique, rusticité bienvenue, jardin, terrasse, mais route en bord ou les voitures vont vite même si elles ne sont pas nombreuses. petit déjeuner sympathique mais le nutella est dommage, un produit typique de toscane aurait été préférable. accueil adorable

Dear Mr Ornulf, you never stayed at our place, we waited for you until 2 in the morning! (our check in time ends at 7pm). We try to contact you several times with the chat of Expedia and at the phone number that you gave us and we never had an answer. Then we marked the reservation as NO SHOW. What to do?

You may find it hard to leave
My stay was great! They are so helpful and friendly that I had the best stay, it’s very beautiful here and it’s on a bus route too which was great as I didn’t have a car! Close to a cute little village and so much more.

In a word: the most lovely boutique hotel experience ever. The charming beauty and history of the Villa Rosa building, paired with the warmth and TLC provided by the amazing owners Gemma and Neri was fantastic. We were treated simultaneously like family and honored guests. We met some other guests who come every year because they love it so much- and we will too!

La villa si trova in un posto incantevole, tra le vigne dove è anche possibile fare una passeggiata. La camera era molto accogliente e spaziosa, pulita, con arredi di charme. I proprietari della struttura sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Posto ideale per una fuga romantica!

Villa Rosa è una splendida gemma immersa nelle vigne del chianti. Salendo per il sentiero che porta alla piscina, si ha la possibilità di passeggiare tra le Vigne della vincina azienda agricola e ammirare la statua del "San Francesco gigante".

Not family friendly
The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Tuscany. Be aware that if you use Google maps to navigate, it will try to take you down some impassable tracks to the back of the hotel, so be alert. Unfortunately, our stay started badly. The owner repeatedly complained about our children doing things like playing in the garden and the pool. So the place is definitely not family friendly. The cleaning service was erratic and the windows of the room don't close properly. We all got bitten by mosquitos the first night. The hotel should really put up some net curtains or mosquito repellent in the rooms. Breakfast was just about adequate. Overall ok but expensive for what we got.

We really don't have anything against children and families as long as the parents look after their children. Your children have been in serious danger more than once, but you might not have realized it, since your were looking at your smart phone instead.Other guests left, because annoid by your children, so definitely this wasn't the right place for you.

Absolutely picturesque and lovely stay. Communication from staff about check in/check out and meals could have been a bit better, but they were always very nice and hospitable.

Zwembad was nog niet bruikbaar water was groen. Balkon bij de kamer was erg ruim en comfortabel om te relaxen. Bezetting van de kamers was minimaal daardoor ook erg rustig in het hotel. Omgeving geweldig veel te zien centrale ligging tov veel mooie dorpjes en steden.

Für uns war es unzumutbar die gebuchten Nächte in dieser "Villa" zu verleben.Nach Besichtigung des Zimmers und der " Villa" haben wir uns entschlossen weiter zu reisen und die Dienste nicht in Anspruch zu nehmen. Schade um die kostbaren Urlaubstage

Offentsichtlich haben Sie bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht, wie Sie auch selbst zugegeben haben. Vielleicht waere ein 5 Sterne Hotel Ihren Anspruechen gemaess gewesen? Es haette nur den kleinen Nachteil gehabt ungefaehr das dreifache zu kosten. Unsere Kulanz, Ihnen die Haelfte des Stornierungsgebuehren zu erlassen, haben Sie leider nicht zu wuerdigen gewusst. Ehrlich gesagt, wir verzichten gerne auf Gaeste wie Sie!

Beautiful Villa spectacular views
We loved staying at Villa Rosa. we visited in early September. The Room Was decorated in true Tuscan style. The room was comfortable and clean. The view from our private Terrace was spectacular. The chef cooked wonderful food and the hosts were very friendly. Neri, the owners son gave us a free Tour and very interesting History on the establishment and the area in his own time . The Nearby Town was stunning. With amazing scenery and several wonderful little Bistros. we Recommend this little Villa and would definitely return.

Vi var på genomresa, stannade två nätter. Ingen ac, inte rent på golvet i rummet, massor av spindelnät här och var, vi såg ett par spindlar (hur många fler fanns?), duschmunstycket var trasigt och duschen inte ren. Handdukarna byttes aldrig ut. Frukosten hade ett mycket litet urval. Poolen var smutsig. Nej, vi kommer inte åter.

Pros and cons. Pros: Fantastic surroundings. Beautiful house with wonderful Tuscan feeling. We had a room with a terrace and the view was amazing. The terrace was huge and at night, we enjoyed a bottle of wine under the stars. It was great. Breakfast was good. Nothing major but there was cereal, bread, cheese and fresh coffee and jams. Cons: The pool! It was so dirty it was unusable. There were bugs and leaves floating in it and the bottom is dirty, the sides are yellow. It was off putting. Also, there is no bar or anything like that. They gave us water when we asked but there was no service of drinks or snacks. Drive into town takes about 5 minutes.

Authentisches Residieren
Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht dort. Hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer unter dem Dach und einen tollen Blick über die Weinberge. Das angebotene Menü am Abend war sehr lecker und die überschaubare Anzahl an Gästen schafft eine damiliäre Atmosphäre. Sehr nettes deutsch/englisches Besitzerpaar.

Fantastisk sted lige midt mellem Sienna og Firenze - knap 40 km til hvert sted og omkring 70 km - 1 1/2 times kørsel til Pisa - hyggelig værelse med stor balkon, dem er der 2 af på stedet, rigtig god morgenmad og service.

Accueil attentif,convivial,pour endroit magnifique
Dans le cadre d'un séjour en famille afin de découvrir la Toscane, nous cherchions un endroit beau, apaisant et pratique nous l'avons trouvé! Une maison familiale avec piscine privée au milieu des vignes et des monts, de quoi se ressourcer après des journées de visite.

Trevligt boende i Toscana.
Mycket trevlig vistelse. Vänligt bemötande och mycket vacker omgivning. Trevlig vingård 100 m bort. Rekommenderar dock inte att ni äter middag där om ni är ett sällskap som vill sitta och ta det lugn efter middagen och dricka upp vinet i lugn och ro. Servitören vill duka av allt senast kl 22 och påminde om detta flera gånger. Middag servares kl 20 men man nämner inte något om att det skall vara slut 22. Annars bara gott att säga om hotellet. Kommer gärna åter.

Fantastisk ophold på alle parametre
Stedet er fantastisk beliggende med smuk udsigt til naturen. Poolen er dejligt ren. Maden er rigtigt god det gælder både den inkluderede morgenmad samt den aftensmad man af og til har mulighed for at købe. Stemningen er fantastisk og familien der ejer hotellet og passer receptionen samt laver aftensmaden er de sødeste og mest servicemindede mennesker. Værelserne er rustikke men det er kun hvad vi forventede af den italienske stil. Der er rent og pænt alle vegne.

Villa Rosa is perfect for a romantic night in the Tuscan country. Very quiet and peaceful, nice staff and great pool. Room and bathroom are both very clean.

The hotel is nicely located in the middle of the Chianti area, good base to visit all small towns and vineyards. By following the directions from the hotel, we didn't have troubles finding the property (as it happened to others, posted in different reviews). Our booking was made for 4 people, so we got a kind of nice cottage in a separate property, across the road, surrounded by two other houses. On the low side, this cottage needed some serious housekeeping. I don't know when was the last time the cleaned it, but there were spiderwebs all over the place, and the private pool was nasty on the bottom, unusable. With a bit or work done they could get this place as a gem. But probably the worst part in my review is the service. Starting from our arrival, there was nobody there to receive us, check in, or show us the room. It took a while, and a few bell rings until somebody showed up. Also, breakfast was always served late. If you go there at the beginning of the breakfast hours, you don't find anyone, nor anything. Same thing for check out. We needed to leave 8:30, but they showed up 9:30... I am not coming back, a lot of other options in the area.

Quaint hotel good for quiet get-away.
Really thought we were taken advantage of. Booked 2 nites had to cancel 1 nite & did within 48 hrs of booking but hotel would not refund money. Expedia did refund the money at their expense. Ad said book now pay later can change within 72 hrs but that wasn't true.

Beautiful hotel, but hard to find
4 friends travelling for the first time through Tuscany (july 2012) and Although we had a GPS, we still got lost for about an hour as the given address specifies a street that has the same name as 2 other streets. After asking around for a bit we managed to find the hotel. Once you get there it is worth it. The hotel is decorated with a beautiful rustic, vintage feel. We had the pool to ourselves and it has a magnificent view of chianti.

Romantisk middag og helt særlig stemning
Vi blev modtaget med åbne arme efter en lang dags cykelttur, og sen ankomst. Fik den lækreste middag kun arrangeret for os med gode vine og romantiske omgivelser, så vi følte os som noget ganske særligt. Hotellet er charmerende og vi vil helt sikkert vælge det næste gang vi er i Toscana.

We came on a bike, very tired after a long day. The staff of the hotel were helpfull and made dinner for os alone. Vi had a splendid time on this beautiful spot in toscanny, and will remember it for a long time.
