VERY expensive for the area and was nothing special. The front desk was a mix of rude to good service. I used google translate to check in since no-one spoke english. The typical tiny room had a western bathroom with a (toilet only) door that opened up and hit the bed...the bathroom didn't have a fan...The shower had a separate door entry and the sink was in the main sleeping area.
The room came with breakfast, but it smelled horrible and we did not partake in that food, even if it was free.
This was the most expensive hotel of our four week stay in Japan and it was not worth the money. The restaurant described as on-site was hosting a private party and not open for dinner the night we arrived so count on convenience store food and train station vending machines for meals - there are no shops or other restaurants nearby.
It was literally just outside the train station and two train stops from Disneyland, so I'd give it a high rating for convenience. Lesson learned: Had we known how poor a value it was, we would have stayed in downtown Tokyo (for less money and access to restaurants) and taken the longer train ride to Disneyland. It's a great place for families with small kids that need to be carried because of it's close proximity to Disneyland and being just outside the train station.
