Need some serious maintenance, ceiling tiles in corridor need replacement l, had to change the room as the first one the bath was in plvery poor condition, the bathtub paint was peeling off, housekeepers didn't check behind the bath door , there were some dirty towels left behind the door.

It was alright. Spent one night at the location. The walls were super thin and for some reasons they didn't have full sized pillows? I got lucky vs some friends also staying there that found crusty dirty socks near their AC unit.

Staff were super friendly when checking in and out. Had continental breakfast every morning. The hotel is in need of repairs. The ceilings were peeling off and the rooms could have done with refurbishment.

The bathroom shower looked as if there was mold spots around the caulking. The bathroom itself, was tiny, and the lighting in there was horrible. The room was stuffy, and yes, we even turned the air on at 64°, constant fan, and it was definitely far from being cool. If I had to find a place to stay really fast, I guess it would do, but not in my first 10.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The place is very clean. I’ve always stayed here when I’m flying from Florida to Chicago to visit family on my way back home and they also have a shuttle that’s $25. That’s why I stay here.

It was very unpleasant stay. Lots of bed bugs in the room. When we complain to front desk response was very bad. They didn’t take any action. Never ever coming back here would rather sleep in car then stay in this kind of motel.

We enjoyed ourselves on our little vacay. The only thing I had an issues with was the breakfast. Some of the things that were supposed to.be how were cold. The location of this hotel is great, close to lots of shopping and dining options. The price was definitely friendly compared to others in the area, but with that being said you do get what you pay for. The room was pretty small, the king bed was firm, customer service was decent at best and the sofa bed was a bit dirty. Overall I would stay again if I was looking for a last minute hotel on a budget.

Upon arrival we went in and check the room for any bed bugs. The room was very clean bathrooms very clean. The surfaces were nice and clean. Remote control was nice and clean overall 10 out of 10.

The breakfast required guest to eat downstairs next to strangers. No option to take your breakfast to your room. I wanted to eat my breakfast with the morning news. The housekeeper came to my room at 10:55. Rushing me out. She stayed with a harsh tone and accent" it is eleven" I showed her my cell phone screen it showed 10:55. She was extremely rude. She came back to my room to knock again. My phone screen said 10:57am. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. It's not fair to rush checkout and to require guest to eat downstairs.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Pool was a bit small. Fitness room was nice.

We never stayed at the hotel there was mess up with Expedia’s website and the wrong date was booked neither party fixed the issue and we were charged twice to stay at the hotel Saturday I will never use with party again and I wont recommend either party due unwilling ness to please the customer who rebooked with you after being told the issue could be fixed

This hotel is advertised as being wheelchair accessible but it’s not. My wheelchair which is a standard to small sized chair could not fit through to get to the bed.

Great stay--staff very attentive.
I had two separate stays within days of each other. The rooms were clean, the front desk attendants were helpful, and the lady who manages the breakfast is really on top of things. After initial check-in, I discovered the TV wasn't working. The front desk sent someone immediately, and when they couldn't resolve the issue, I was quickly given a new room a few doors down. The staff was very attentive.

There was pubes in our shower, the TV didn’t work, handle on the dresser was broken, and the walls were very thin making it hard to sleep when a neighbor had their tv on
