The staff dont really speak English , I had to clean my own room was not cleaned the whole 4 day stay n had to ask for towels rags n supplies like TP cups shampoo etc. other then that the place itself was nice n BK was good

Unfortunately we went through 3 rooms before we settled. First room had fortunes sheets , no shades on the lamps , broken chair was laying on top of one of beds . Second room was not cleaned up to welcome guests. Finally 3rd room was all ok , fridge was broken making outrageous noise . Just feels odd to pay and have this experience.

Nice hotel very friendly staff The only thing is that the breakfast lady is there only 2 days out of the week I stayed 12 days straight I just wished she was there more days ( she is very helpful and nice)

Would stay again
Very nice renovation. The hotel was very nice inside and the breakfast was good. Inside our room we found a couple of hairs and the jacuzzi did not work very well. We worked around it and had a very nice stay. Our room was #137. For the price, an overall great stay.

Miscellaneous stains on surfaces, when reached out to hotel we were told we had to wait till Monday to talk to manager. Had to clean up stains ourselves.

This was a good, average hotel. I don't have anything to complain about and nothing to scream about joyfully either. Standard hotel breakfast. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms and everything worked well. I wish the TV were a smart TV but that would just have been a bonus.

In the tv you could only hear but you couldn’t see anything and wanted to see my tv show I won’t be making a reservation there anymore

We're a fully equipped property with a fitness center, meeting rooms, full hot breakfast, seasonal swimming pool, & lobby area. Was surprised by the area of the hotel that it wasn't more comfortable. Beds were mushy and uncomfortable. Both my son and I are 250lbs+ and slept very restlessly. Bathroom was tight for two large people. Opening and closing the door was odd when inside Almost had to get in tub to open door. There was NO TV service. Internet went out overnight which killed our devices we were using in place of TV. Apparently could not be rebooted until staff member arrived in the morning. When booking online with Hotels.com pool was not indicated as seasonal and it was closed. Not a hotel I would recommend if visiting the area.

OK. Nothing great. No TV.
Lobby was less than inviting. Kinda blah. Cable was out -- no TV at all (maybe offer a discount when something like that happens?). But the person at the front desk tried to help and did what he could to make my stay nice.

Comfort inn your place to stay
Comfort inn was awesome, this hotel been renovated and up dated I was in a suite room and it was beautiful super clean, quite , modern furnished, jacuzzi , 2 bathrooms, kitchen , living dining area and Dog friendly the most important thing to me. Please if in the area choose comfort inn it out be all the surrounding hotels that there.

A lot of things were good here. It was convenient. Parking was easy. It was near decent dining. It was quiet. A couple things weren’t so good. The tv’s didn’t work during my entire stay, I was told it was the entire hotel and the cable company was at fault. So? Also, after waking up after my first night, I had what appears to be a bug bite in my arm. Hmmm.

The building needs a lot of work, and definitely some more staff especially in the housekeeping group. There are only two people staffing the desk, one at a time on shifts. My biggest complaint is the lack of TV reception. The breakfast was not good enough to eat. Overall, not a place I will ever visit again.
