this hotel is terrible and dirty. the price is not valued for this hotel. we do not want to barefoot in the tub. the water is not steady, cannot control hot water, some time is cold, sometimes is stream hot. expedia should be careful for the review.

I've stayed at this property on multiple occasions and have gotten a chance to come in contact with almost all of the staff. Jenni and Dawn have the best hospitality thus far. They are amazing! House keeping is always on time and efficient with their cleanings. I will be using this location for future travel, I have also informed my fellow travel agents about this wonderful location! It is the best in the area.

The room was not cleaned candy wrappers on floor and a dirty sock comforter had a stain on it. Wall was dirty from something. Shower was dirty and room had a strange odor will never book here again also. Waitstaff from bar and grill was awful a whole hour waiting for anything.

Will only stay here from now on in Joliet
Seems like it was recently remodeled and well worth the time. Of all the hotels I have stayed at in this area, always for a stop between trips, THIS is the best hotel in the area. Service was great, it was clean, breakfast was good, and not so 'deep' into the area. Will absolutely stay here again.

We actually travel a bit to the Joliet area and have found this motel to be on the better side. The area is a bit frightening after dark but the facilities were well lit and I had no worries. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. WE WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! Thank you!

The property was poorly remodeled. Bathroom was not clean. Elevator was small and operated poorly. The rooms were adequate. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff was very nice however.

Clean room, easy access to hwy.
Easy access from Hwy. Clean room w minor maintenance issues like missing screws on the switch plate & a duct taped shower dish! Breakfast was passable w yogurt, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, breads. Restaurant on site was nice to have after long day of travel.

Although it looked old on the outside, the room was clean. Breakfast was great. The only thing was the outside side door lock was broke .

Friendly staff
Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Hotel undergoing a major renovation. Some spaces have been updated and look great. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Location is great!

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The actual hotel, however, needs a major face lift. Paint is chipping, furniture, lighting, and carpet needs to be replaced. Door needed to be slammed to close. Hallways are dark and depressing. Breakfast was acceptable, but I've had lots better at similar motels.

Very nice and budget friendly
Nice hotel, clean and fresh. Bed much better than my last hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good but it ended at 9 and they let me get whatever was remaining. Eggs were very good for a hotel, actually tasted like eggs! I would return if back in area.

Clean and friendly. Picture is not how it looks. Painted baby blue and appears to be 3 hotels on 1 lot . It is clean . But no swimming pool or hot tub. Basically outdated. Pillows need replaced. Good breakfast and convenient location.

Staffs are really nice and friendly. The hotel wasn’t that bad at all. It was way bigger than what I thought. It’s really quiet for being next to the road and busy surrounding.
