꽤 괜찮았어요
생각보다 깔끔하고 위치도 좋고 다시 가고 싶은 곳입니다. 욕실도 넓고 다만 엘리베이터 사용시 긴줄이 있어서 좀 불편했습니다.

The windows are terrifying. They look like they easily pop out with no safety features. My 2 year old could easily open them on the 29th floor and look like she could jump to her death. Windows needs safety bars or a solid panel.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, the staff was very friendly, the room was amazing & well kept & stocked, the area was amazing, close to everything. I love to swim & always look forward to & nice & clean pool & there was no disappointment there either. Definitely will stay here again!!!!!!

This hotel was obviously built in the 90s or older, and very poor maintenance over the last 20 years. Carpet disgusting, a lot of electrical outlets didn’t work, sofa and chairs stained and gross, overall never felt we were in a clean environment. Maid staff, desk staff and valet staff were exceptional, but when we discussed our concerns you could tell they knew what we were going through.

We asked for a taxi and one of the young men assisting outside ran around the corner as all the taxis near our hotel were spoken for. Property and room was well maintained and very clean.

We stayed in the Lake view king suite, pretty spacious and the property was in good conditions. It’s downtown Chicago so busy 24/7 and at peak times you have to wait for the elevator to be able to move up or down so pls consider time when leaving your floor. Pool was the top of the building with its own floor which was unique and beautiful. I stayed 23 floors up and the staff was super friendly.

Great value at this Hilton property. The extra space in the suite layout was so nice for our spring break stay. Clean, comfortable, updated. The king bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had. Convenient location to shopping and dining nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the pricey brunch buffet. Food and service quality were good but for the same food that's served for "free" at other Hilton properties. Would also be nice to be able to stream content on the TVs.

The staff was amazing! The only con was that the elevators cannot keep up with all the guests. I know there isn't anything they can do about that but it was frustrating at times waiting along 1/2 on an elevator. We were unable to use steps as my son was on crutches.

Loved our stay! Close to lots of shops and restaurants and staff was very helpful with directions and guidance. My only negative comment is that the pool was completely packed every day of our stay. So if you are traveling with kids who want to swim, keep in mind this hotel is 30 stories with only one medium sized pool for the entire building to share.

Ha sido la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un hotel. Ya nos habíamos quedado años anteriores, pero este año encontramos las instalaciones sumamente sucias y descuidadas. Luces, caja de seguridad etc no servían…. Todo muy sucio y no realizaban la limpieza diariamente aunque así lo estipulan, teníamos que marcar por la tarde para pedir que hicieran la habitación y lo hacían de mala gana, con muy poco esmero e insinuando que dejábamos el cartel de no molestar puesto aunque siempre nos aseguramos que no fuera el caso. Al hacer el check out la señora de recepción nos dijo q se habían realizado llamadas desde nuestra habitación mismas que nos cargarían. Jamás realizamos llamada fuera del hotel, simplemente pedíamos la limpieza al operador del mismo, pero para no pelear dijimos que se nos cargaran a la cuenta.La señora nos dio un trato que no merecíamos y por eso y todo lo anterior jamás nos hospedaremos en este hotel nuevamente. Queda claro que no es un problema de la cadena Hilton xq nos acabamos de quedar hace dos semanas en aventura, fl y todo fue excepcional; pero si deben estar al pendiente de que todos los hoteles cumplan los mismos estándares. Gracias

When arriving at the front desk to check in the attendant said the room I reserved was not available! They were booked...why make a reservation if it then becomes first come first serve. We intentionally waited ubtil 3pm because that was check in time. The attendant wanted us to pay an additional 20.00 for another room. We refused to do so! However, after 10 minutes of conversation, we were able to get a room to accomodate us.
