Everyone was very nice . However I do feel like for $100 plus a night the carpet should be cleaned and the toilet shouldn’t stop up 3 times in 4 days . Also the room had to be changed upon arrival because we were placed in a room that was cleaned . Even going to the second one it was stocked . That’s an issue !

Rooms need to updated( rugs were stained, box springs had visible stains, lounge chair had a large stain) especially the bathrooms( caulking in shower showed wear and tear along with a little mold). They should offer Smart TV as other local hotels do.

Property was older but clean. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful while being extremely busy. Bar and restaurant needs to be open longer. Pool was ok, it seemed the water was pretty dirty, but a birthday party had just left when we got there.

Nice people. Helpful when i couldn't get the tv to work correctly. Explained everything great whenever i had questions. Decorated nicely for the holidays. Right off the expressway. Quite alot of amenities vs others in the area.

Jeffery, at the Front desk was very nice to me. I had a situation, my Mom is in the Nursing home, down the street and Jeffery was very kind to me. He was a good listener.

It was a large, clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price. And I'm glad they had availability on short notice. Conveniently located to the south Chicago suburbs.

Nice hotel.
Check in was very nice. Room was comfortable but the bathroom sink drained very slowly. There is a nice restaurant next door.

The property needs to be remodeled. Everything looks dated. The aesthetics was not fresh. Even-though the staff was kind and professional and provided exceptional service. The building is old and needs a major makeover especially the bathrooms. There we no closed off closets.

T. he hotel was very clean and staff friendly. However, our bathroom needed some updates. The wallpaper was starting to peel in the shower area and the showerhead was loose. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great hotel and service
We were here to visit family and friends. The staff is amazing! The room was very nice except the air conditioner was having some serious problems. Made some crazy noise but kept us cool so not a reason to change rooms. We had dinner at the restaurant and the burgers are delicious! We opted for the breakfast but being late sleepers we only were up for 1 breakfast and it was sooo good.. definitely recommed! Pool was really nice and the whole place was super clean and quite.. definitely stay again!
