I will have maintenance check the temperature on the pool, we do log that everyday. If it needs to be adjusted, he will do so. As for your water temperature issues in your room. I am sorry to hear it was not adjusting properly. Had this been brought to our attention we could have offered you another room. We want all of our guests to have a nice comfortable stay. We are not sure if the issues you experienced were brought to our attention while you were here. The staff is empowered to make things right. We would have welcomed the opportunity to do so. On that note, we do not have door hangers that request service. We have "Do not disturb" door hangers and "A Greener Stay, no housekeeping needed" door hangers.
