The hotel is clean and pretty. The smell is very pleasant, like expensive roses. There is free water infused with fruit near the check in desk that was always readily available as well as coffee and hot chocolate in the morning (all free of charge). There is also a restaurant located in the first floor that has very reasonable prices with good portion sizes. Shops, restaurants, and drug stores are all within a 5-10 minute ish walking radius. The trump tower and art museum is also within walking distance. There were protests in the area (downtown) but that didn’t take away from the experience. I would stay here again.

We were able to check in earlier and check out later. Lots to do within a 20 minute walk. Customer service was excellent. Very nice and clean. Additionally, we needed some indigent items and they were provided to us. Will definitely stay here again.

I knew a Kimpton concept was great, but this one took it up a notch! Daily texts asking if everything was up to standards, providing anything we failed to pack and the cute pre-packed ice was amazing! I loved the location, staff and amenities!

Nice hotel with clean and spacious room. The hotel itself is very quiet with the occasional street noise from the windows on a lower floor, understandable being in the middle of the city. Very close to train station, food, convenient stores.

Hotel was nice, but room was close to elevators and lots of noise and acoustics were not good. Also quite expensive room and did not allow for a late check out and only gave us 30 min. Also at check in-made us wait when then person behind the check in did not greet us or tell us she would be with us in a bit, awkward and not good customer service

Overall, the hotel was nice and we liked the bar staff. The front desk person who checked us in was friendly but I’m a little surprised that it was impossible to get some coffee past 6pm on a Saturday. The sign in my bathroom said they can bring you a coffee maker- but the front desk person told us that there was no way. I’m just not sure why I spent so much money for a night stay if I can’t even get a coffee maker, cheaper hotels have them? I’m sort of not convinced that it would be worth the money to book a hotel like this again, you’re really not getting much beyond a slightly nicer, but still outdated environment and overpriced drinks / limited food options.

Great hotel for a weekend downtown.
Outstanding hotel all around and a great restaurant on the roof. Lobby bar has a 5pm social hour, and the room with soaking tub was perfect for a cold weather recharge. Will be back.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is very well located. I red things about the staff being rude but I had a COMPLETE different experience. I had a deep soaking bathtub which was the highlight of my stay. They always offered tea, coffee in the morning. Presentation was very warming and welcoming. Great choice. Especially for the bath ! I used it everyday.

While I was there, the iron outlet went out when I tried to use it. It’s a safety hazard and hope they get the their outlets updated
